Really enjoyed the Process of purchasing a car with Adam’s Auto group. We worked with Daniel Ruiz and he was great, he wasn’t pushy but was knowledgeable and ready to answer any question we had. He was polite, courteous and very good at what he does. An all round great experience!
I bought this car less than a month ago...... And I've had it in the shop now three times. I do not recommend this auto group to anybody that is not the place to buy your vehicle. They tell you what you want to hear and they are dishonest. I don't think it even deserves one star

First off would like to say that Adams Auto Group are absolutely the best. They attended to my needs and gave great customer service.I didn't think I would be approved, but they worked it all out and the added protection for my vehicle was well worth it. Julisa Reyes, my sales associate was very kind and handled everything with ease and patience. She took her time and helped me find the perfect SUV that works best for me and at a great price and the milage wasn't bad either. I am truly grateful for her help and time it took to get everything done. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle. The whole team is fabulous and will do any and everything to make sure you ride away with the car you so desire.

If it wasn't for Lance, I most likely would have walked. Lance was the 1st and only person to greet us upon arrival. Appt was initially with Amir, but after 20 min of no contact, we asked for someone who could help us that wasn't "too busy". Lance stepped up and greeted us once again, with a handshake, introduction, and "what vehicle are you interested in today?" No arrogance, no pushy sales, nothing fake, just a genuinely a nice guy. If you want to buy a car and not regret your experience, just ask for Lance. Thanks again Lance, my wife and I enjoyed your company!
My experience with Lance and Marcos at Adams Auto Group on North Tryon was excellent! I went in looking for one vehicle and I left in a much better, newer and way better vehicle. They were not pushy or anything. Above all the great professionalism and wonderful customer service, they met my financial goals that I stated when I walked in the door and met Lance. We were in a pinch, needing a reliable, affordable and safe car for our son who lost his driving to CLT from his home in Nashville for a holiday visit. We found a couple of promising cars at Adams, and, on CHRISTMAS EVE, had test drives with Jose. He is very friendly, low-pressure, and helpful. We returned the day after Christmas and left less than an hour later with the car at a reasonable price, quite satisfied. Jose was great and quickly responsive throughout. A tip of the hat to Marcos as well for the quick turnaround with the paperwork.
They made the process so easy for me & I didn’t feel pressured when I worked with them like I have at other dealerships! Amir was the best for helping me find my dream car & he was soo helpful for giving me info about it after I purchased it 😍 they have a wide selection of cars here & overall just a very friendly, trustworthy dealership with good people 😊 they didn’t add on any hidden fees or packages either!!
