If we could rate this place a -1 we would. We had been looking for a Sprinter for a while and came across Adams Group. Drove up 4.5 hrs to check out the sprinter. When we got there they told us the Sprinter we had inquired about online had not passed the State Test. So we started checking out other sprinters. We came across one and we trusted the salesperson when they said that there was NOTHING wrong with it. Only thing on the dash was that it needed DEF. We paid over 25k CASH for it. That was the worst thing we could’ve ever done. A few days passed in which the Van wasn’t being used since we needed to transfer all work equipment to it, would take a few days for us to get that done. The sprinter wouldn’t go over 5 mph, we had a mechanic look at it. We were informed that it needs a whole new DEF system. We have spent an over 2 k trying to get it fixed so far and still not working. We have tried calling the place since day one to let them know it hasn’t been working at all and they won’t answer anymore. We are very upset and regret so much spending the money for a sprinter we dropped THOUSANDS on and doesn’t work at all. Mechanic informed us that the codes were cleared out so that it could run for a few days but eventually they would come up again. This is your sign to NOT buy from this place!!!!!! So upset that we were deceived by the salesperson.

Amir is the man! I live in Rock Hill and I communicated for a week over the phone with him. There was great thorough communication throughout the entire buying process. He made sure every thing was ready so when I showed up to test drive, all the paperwork was already drawn up and all I had to do was pay, sign, and go. Thanks Amir! I found my truck online at AAG. Amir was willing to meet me at the airport to make the deal. We ended up driving 4 hours from Eastern North Carolina to the dealership. We was greeted by Ms. Linda upfront. She is the lady with the big beautiful smile that made my wife and I feel welcomed. We completed most of the paperwork electronically, so the process went fast. Everything Amir and I agree to appeared in the final paperwork no surprises, no problems!!! We drove the truck back to the coast safely. Just over a week later and we still love our decision to buy from AAG!!!

We were immediately handed the full Carfax report for review and consideration. Then we took the truck for a test drive and worked with Amir and Adam at the dealership to purchase the truck. When we got there, Robbie showed it to us and was very patient when we told him that was not the car for us, but we would take a look at some others on the lot.
