The staff from the time I pulled up to lot have been great! I had the pleasure of working with Lizz and she is AMAZING! She’s very attentive and informative. I enjoyed my experience exploring my options around the lot with her as well as online. She puts her all into getting you into what want with no push. She really made my car buying experience great! AMAZING place to come to for a car. Not only do they have lots of options, but they also have a great staff. My husband and I were with Liz and she was so sweet and helpful, there were so many obstacles for me buying a car, and she went through every single one just to help me get my first car. This was the last dealership we went to and it was certainly the best. Definitely recommend Adams Auto group and LIZ!

It’s a shame that I have to make this post due to misrepresentation of a vehicle that was purchased with them. I got the car and paid $6000 down and 3-4 days later it broke down. I gave the dealership multiple chances to rectify the situation because the car broke down 3 times less then a week with engine and mechanical issues. I requested a refund and to cancel the contract they refused and because I exercised my right to go to the BBB i was threaten and they tried to intimidate me saying if i continued with my complaint they will no longer help me. The hell i have gotten from them has made the car worse every time the car is not even drivable right now. Please be careful buying cars from them. I regret my decision because now I’m stuck with a car that does not even drive. Update 11/14/25: For Adams to come on here and lie. After i was threatened that if i didn’t stop my complaint with the BBB that you guys would pull all help from me. Yes the car was bought as is but for a car to completely break down and i had the car less then 4 days sounds like you sold a lemon. Then its not like i didn’t give yall 2 times to fix the car and both time i was lied to that the problem was fixed and that diagnostics was ran on the car once again a lie. Everytime I got the car back it was in worse condition. Last time i got the car back from yall oil was everywhere under the hood expect for in the engine which leaves me to believe your service department 1 cracked something or 2 yall knew it was a problem and was hoping i would get past 30 days before noticing. So yes after the car became completely unsafe to drive i asked that you get your car back and give me back my $6000 you guys said no so I said I’ll see you in court and the date is set 1/2/25 see you then

I did visit 4 Charlotte area dealerships over 3 days, including three trips to the Dallas, NC location for Adams Auto Group. I certainly enjoyed meeting and working with James Lane, the Jack-of-all-trades sales manager there. He's pleasantly low-key and a consummate professional who knows his inventory and treated me more than courteously. It's a pleasure to know that car guys like him still exist. I wish to thank him again for having the patience with my questions and the knowledge of his available inventory to help me find the EXACT preowned Nissan Frontier that I was searching for - at a more than fair price.
