I saw online that ADAMS Auto Group had the car I wanted. Their lot was not exactly in my favorite part of town (about an hour from my house), but I decided to check it out. We were met by Bryce Moore (Great job, Bryce!) who showed us the car and met our every need. I didn't have to negotiate with 5 different people (you know how dealerships like to do that!) because Bryce took care of ALL the details to meet our needs. We got the car we wanted, at the price we wanted out the door. ADAMS was a good experience for us, and I strongly recommend asking for Bryce when you get to their showroom! The car drives like a dream, and my 18yr old son loves it!

Jose is a fraud! Downgrading to one star. If I could give less I would give. Sales process was great. No doubt. Now I run into an issue. Jose says he no longer works there. To call someone else. I call and call and they keep giving me the run around. Problem. Car has a brand new battery purchased Jan 2026 (sticker on battery says so). Batteries on Hybrid plug ins aren’t cheap. So the battery keeps dying, repair folks suggest check with Adam’s dealership to get part warranty info for battery to be replaced for free since they just purchased and replaced it in January 2026 prior to my purchase in March 2nd. Impossible to get Marcos or Adams to return my call and everyone I talk to, gives me the full run around. I am wondering if they ever even put a brand new battery purchased in January. Must have just used a sticker and are avoiding me because of that. I would elect to avoid these guys going forward. I am sorry if I sent you there because if my sales experience. They have no follow up. No relationship management for customers and could care less once you leave their lot with the car. Avoid them!
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a car. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate Tony who assisted me with finding a car within my budget! He was very informative and straightforward.
