Great Company, they resolve any issue quickly and there have only been a few to date. Anyone I have spoken with from sales to technicians have always been friendly and professional.
AIS has been servicing us for as long as I have been here (5 Years) and they are Very responsive and the service tech is super friendly.
Needed to replace cyan drum. It took 2 1/2 days to get the part and fix the Kyocera but other than that the machine is fixed and working.
AIS employees are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Service is impeccable! Equipment is top notch!
