I don't do reviews. But this has to be recognized! A Shout-Out to "Kenneth" who serviced our printer/copier. He did an excellent job! And Thank You AIS, for a very prompt response!

We have utilized AIS' services for a number of years for our busy office. With every phone call we are greeted with a friendly person on the other line and have always received exceptional customer service. Response time is typically immediate and we appreciate the call from the technician letting us know when they will be coming out. We have had a great experience working with AIS.

We have been with AIS for over 15 years. We are very happy with the customer service that we receive. As a non-profit organization we are always looking for the best deals for our copy machines. Michael Limon has worked with us since day one and he is always available to answer any questions. He regularly calls to make sure our equipment is working right, and makes sure that our needs are met. The company has outstanding leadership, who has supported many of our community events. To be very honest, I really do not understand how this place is getting 5 star reviews. Or still in business at this point. AIS has to have THE WORST customer service, and sales team I have ever seen. I've recently received a quote from another printer company, and wanted to see is AIS can match that price I was offered. Long story short, the person I spoke with flat out told me to switch companies since there was nothing they can do. Alright, I decided to switch companies, the new company cut me a check for a buyout on my current lease, and so I sent the check AIS to get out of my lease, and have them pick up their machine. 5 months passed, I've been calling them to pick up their machine and nothing. No one is answering the phones at the office, I got an automated machine recording and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, cut them the check, check is cleared, and they're still charging me monthly. If I do get lucky and talk to someone in billing, the only thing they seem like they're trained to do is tell me they cannot do anything and will have management give me a call. Which NEVER happens. UPDATE: Looked at the invoice they sent me, after I paid for the Buyout and to my surprise. The invoice states that I used 1,000 B/W copies, and 700 Color. Their machine has been unplugged for the past 3 months. So I don't even know where they're getting these number from.

AIS-Advanced Imaging Solutions has amazing service and technicians. Whenever I call for service, I am greeted in a friendly, professional manner. They listen to my issues and put a work order in immediately. Our technician, Marshall contacts me with an ETA and is spot on! He comes with a friendly attitude, works fast yet, precise, and completes the job in a timely manner. He is willing to answer any questions I might have and he cleans up his work area. He places the machines back in their spot and is neat and tidy. If you want great service all around, check out AIS. You won't be sorry you did!

AIS always meets our expectations for service and supplies or for any questions we may have. The technicians and tech support always responds in a timely manner and are very knowledgeable, thorough, very friendly & professional and have great customer service! David was excellent from start to finish. He helped guide us here at the Las Vegas Country Club through the purchase of our new camera system and made sure everything was set up perfectly. He took the time to clearly explain how to use the system, including playback and archiving, it helped us here feel more confident managing it on our own. When we had a issue, David was especially helpful in showing us how to quickly locate and preserve footage. Very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Highly recommend working with him and AIS.

I needed copies of purchase orders from the last three years and had very little information besides the name of the school that placed the orders. Shelley went out of her way to assist me and provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. She also introduced me to Marc, who was able to complete my request quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate both of them for their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. Excellent service all around!

Emailed the company about our printer's issue and they immediately sent someone to check it. It took a few days for them go back and replace something but they made sure I'm aware that there's a delay. All in all it was a really great experience!

We are with AIS for the last 10 + years, I find them the best company for all your copier needs they are very competitive, cost effective and when it comes to service they are the best, i would recommend AIS.
