AIS is a superior IT support company. They are reasonably priced, respond in a timely fashion, and present solutions based on the individual company, not just a cookie cutter plan.
Our printer was down and our entire office relies on it. AIS sent technician Jose and he made a point to come out to us as soon as possible. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He got us back up and running and was in and out quickly. It was a pleasure to work with Jose!

AIS is wonderful to work with. Needed supplies ship immediately and arrive quickly. When I call for repair it seems to always be an emergency in getting our Sunday bulletin printed, I get same day service which is such a blessing and the issue is always solved quickly thanks to Miguel.
