Customer service is always pleasant and helpful. They even ask if our machine is down when we order supplies. I appreciate a company that cares enough to take the initiative. The supplies arrive quickly as well.
AIS is always very responsive when we call. Hugo, our tech is great. He always calls and lets us know when we can expect him and arrives on time and with all the supplies that might be needed to fix our problem.
AIS is great, you know only call when my copier needs some love and attention. AIS always comes through, mostly same day appointment or will have items at front desk if I need to pick up. Their always friendly, accessible and communicate with you as if your an old friend. If your in a jam (literally) they can help.
Our AIS technician, Jorge Algara went above and beyond in helping us with our printer issues. I appreciate his expertise even with a printer that was not his responsibility. He was on time and very pleasant. Thank you, Jorge.
