Always on top of a problem. Our office switch from one IT service to AIS and they have been amazing at fixing everything that comes up with our change over. And they include copier and IT services in one!!!

AIS has made my printer issues disappear. The are responsive, quick and manage my multiple printers in office, sending out supplies before I need them so I am never in a pinch! Thank you AIS!
I agree with another reviewer, I don't know how this place is getting that many stars. If I could go back in time, I would never sign this lease for a machine. As a small business owner, this has been one of my biggest financial regrets. I faithfully made my payments for years, including a monthly maintenance fee because I honestly believed it was something I had to keep paying. Looking back, I have spent thousands of dollars a lease and on a maintenance agreement for a copier that barely got used. The worst part? The service didn't even cover many of the issues I actually needed help with. If the copier lost its network connection or had internet connectivity problems, I was basically on my own. So what exactly was I paying for all those years? Now my business has taken a financial hit, and I'm still locked into a lease with no flexibility. Also, the agent who represented the company was just money hungry and I was too naive. This experience taught me an expensive lesson: never sign a long-term copier lease without understanding every single page of the contract. Don't assume the maintenance agreement covers everything. Don't assume the company will work with you if your business hits hard times. And don't assume you'll actually use the machine enough to justify the cost.
AIS is always prompt to come fix my issues, always professional and they are quick! If you need great service , AIS is the way to go, they won't let you down!
