October 2022, That is when my solar started to produce energy thanks to A&R Solar. They are the best Solar company I have dealt with or heard about. They may not be the cheapest but are definitely the best quality for your dollar. In the years since install I have had one Panasonic panel malfunction. They quickly replaced it. I did not even have to be present for the replacement. If you are looking for an ethical business that is empoyee owned look no further. I don’t like doing reviews but A&R solar deserve this 5 star review.
While A&R was the most expensive of the quotes we received, but we went with them because we felt they were the most trustworthy and they did come down a bit on price to be a bit more competitive. The communication and install went well. They sized our panels appropriately to our use, which was useful because our utilities provider cut the rate at which they compensate us for energy from our system. So far we have had our system for 6 months and it is going well. The app is great. When we had a follow up questions a month ago, they were helpful.
