I love Ascend Medical!! I just wish everyone knew how wonderful it is to have your Dr. visit you in your home, on the road, or wherever you may be......A telemed visit, that is. It's absolutely the greatest thing ever invented. And all the Drs at Ascend are friendly and professional. It is truly a great way to visit your doctor.
I had a fantastic telemedicine experience with Dr. Peterson at Ascend Medical, which impressed me. Their platform and customer care transformation were evident right from the start. The $20.00 house visit call for labs, which needed to be paid only when they came to your house, not before, is a nominal fee considering the exceptional care I received from this team. The support team, medical assistant, and care management coordinator at Ascend Medical were truly top-notch. They were professional, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the entire process. Their service was truly A+. I highly recommend being specific about your needs when dealing with any healthcare provider. While no one is expected to perform miracles, being your own best advocate as a patient is crucial. Ascend Medical excelled in their part of the equation, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and my health was prioritized. I want to thank the entire Ascend Medical team for providing me with such a wonderful new patient experience. Additionally, as a hard-of-hearing individual, I use a Chrome browser with built-in live captioning technology that is incredibly helpful and works with Ascend medical telemed platform. When you log in to your visit, there is a virtual waiting room just like an in-person appointment. Please be mindful of their time, and I recommend connecting about 30 minutes before your appointment. A nurse will connect with you to review your medical concerns, and you will return to the main waiting room. The provider will connect with you shortly after and take over the call. After your visit is done, you return to the waiting room to check out with another Ascend medical team member to go over your next steps, i.e., labs and your next follow-up appointment. I felt like I got the real and actual help I needed, Doctor Fleurme, was amazing she was a great listener and provided the care that I thought I needed as well, I would definitely recommend this practice to do anyone looking for a good provider who listens and actually cares.
I am honored to recommend Dr.Hope to everyone because she was extremely professional and knowledgeable in her profession . She responded to very questions or concerns. Also she went above and beyond to locate a doctor in the network of my insurance which is closer to my house 🙌🏽. Then too, she was patient with me and made sure that I understood what she was saying about my medication. I have a fluid build up in my ankles and she said it was from my amlodipine 10mg . She said, if anyone is on that medication a long period of time that medication builds up fluids in the ankles. I didn’t know that. Thank you, Doctor Hope! 🙌🏽 My other doctors said I had arthritis, but that was far off the charts because I didn’t have any symptoms of that. They you guys, better get a second opinion before you decide to take medication that causes other issues!!! I recommend that everyone contact on website for Dr Hope at Ascend Medical !!! I’ve been with Ascend for close to a month now since i got my insurance through my employer! So far the service has been impecable and i couldn’t ask for a better doctors office! With the type of work i do and kind of person i am, I really appreciate having a medical provider who is mobile and flexible! I definitely have had some issues resolved and some we are currently working on but overall 10/10 for me! I would recommend this office a million times! They come to you and work with you on scheduling!
