The landscaping has been left to rot, creating a dark, overgrown environment that feels genuinely unsafe and "scary" to walk through, especially if you have an appointment near dusk. The parking lot and entrance areas look abandoned, with weeds and debris making the entire property feel like an eyesore in an otherwise well-kept neighborhood. It is hard to trust the professional standards inside when the management allows the exterior to look this threatening and neglected. Until they prioritize basic maintenance and safety, I’d recommend staying away.
Wonderful service with Ascend. I couldn’t be more pleased with a Doctor. Dr. Hawkins is amazing. I really wished I would have found him a long time ago. His assistant, Ms Kelly and the other nurses are always polite, courteous and respectful. Always with smiles. I would most definitely recommend Ascend Medical!
