I felt like I got the real and actual help I needed, Doctor Fleurme, was amazing she was a great listener and provided the care that I thought I needed as well, I would definitely recommend this practice to do anyone looking for a good provider who listens and actually cares.
I am honored to recommend Dr.Hope to everyone because she was extremely professional and knowledgeable in her profession . She responded to very questions or concerns. Also she went above and beyond to locate a doctor in the network of my insurance which is closer to my house 🙌🏽. Then too, she was patient with me and made sure that I understood what she was saying about my medication. I have a fluid build up in my ankles and she said it was from my amlodipine 10mg . She said, if anyone is on that medication a long period of time that medication builds up fluids in the ankles. I didn’t know that. Thank you, Doctor Hope! 🙌🏽 My other doctors said I had arthritis, but that was far off the charts because I didn’t have any symptoms of that. They you guys, better get a second opinion before you decide to take medication that causes other issues!!! I recommend that everyone contact on website for Dr Hope at Ascend Medical !!! It's absolutely the greatest thing ever invented. And all the Drs at Ascend are friendly and professional. It is truly a great way to visit your doctor.

From the front office staff to the lab tech that drew my blood sample this morning for labs, this practice is truly top notch. But the shining star is my PCP, Dr. Annette Bernard. She is by far the most knowledgeable physician I’ve ever seen and her bedside manner aka people skills make me feel like she and I are family. Nothing but love for ALL employees at the practice!
From scheduling the appointment, to creating a medical record, to the remote visit with the doctor, to the doctor calling in the Rx, my experience was nothing short of amazing.
