I have always gone to Auto Bell. Since very few do inside and I am 77 yrs old. I am concerned about these young kids out in the sun during the summer time. It gets so extremely " 🥵 Hot " here and they are sweating so bad. Can't you please put some kind of tent for them ? Please consider this

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The Orangeburg road location in Summerville/Knightville, SC area is awful. They hire young kids who know nothing about cars. The employees they hired vacuumed out (door covers) for the inside of each door. They are maybe about 1.5 inches long and 0.5 inch wide. They sucked them out of four doors on my car. I noticed when I got home and called corporate three times to get help. I even went back up there and asked their employees to look in the vacuum containers that had garbage bags in them. And they tired to put me off. Then when they finally looked they took less than 2 minutes to dump the canisters into the trash bag and then proceeded to look for less than a minute before they didn’t want to look anymore. Yeah, it was dusty and gross, but it is my property. I asked them to give me the two trash bags and I would look. They looked at me like I was crazy. One said “can’t the dealership replace them.” I said yes, if I pay for them. Then they said “maybe a squirrel got them out of my doors.” Really? A squirrel took texturized rubber mats that fit in this small space on four of my doors. I called corporate again when I got home. They have yet to do anything about it. They simply do not care about your property. The only reason I knew they were gone was because I had to clean the inside of my windows and insides of my doors when I got home because they did such a poor job. Never use this company if you care about your car or what is attached to the inside of your car.

Auto bell car wash in moorseville sucks!! Brushes Scratched my brand new 2023 car, some immature 16 year old is telling me to run my car thru the car wash, saying his manager will deny the claim if I don’t run it thru the car wash again, I refused. They rejected my claim because I wouldn’t run it thru a second time, they could not produce a written policy that states terms. They said if I leave the premises without going thru the car wash again then they would deny the claim. An $8 car wash is going to cost me hundreds to repair door… Going to small claims, what a hassle and lack of accountability.

I had a great experience today at this location. Came in yesterday and got a full service wash but unfortunately left the sunroof slightly open before it went into the car wash. Didn’t find out until today that there was sitting water in the truck and had a terrible smell and a few stains in the ceiling of the vehicle. I went back in to see if there was anything that could be done and Kenny took great care of me, the smell and the stains were gone. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend going to this location.

I usually have a great experience at the 3rd St. location and have gotten my vehicles washed here for years. The last time was my last time at this location. The attendant at the mouth of the car wash bay was rude. I asked him to spray the back of my truck (as I have for years because of the grime build-up my truck accumulates) and he refused. Additionally, the manager on duty was not helpful when I told him no soap was applied to the truck the first or second time I was sent through. I was contacted by who I'm assuming was a regional manager who was very kind and generous...I won't hold a grudge against the entire company. Years ago Autobell had a monopoly in the Charlotte area but it has plenty of competition now. They would do well to make sure customers are treated better than I was at this location...especially those who have patronized the business as long as I have.

The location that we went to did a very good job with the car wash, but the associate who assisted us accidentally did not give us back the key fob. The car was already started, so we were able to drive off without the fob. Back at our hotel, we called the phone number listed online for the location that serviced us, and it led directly to a corporate robot answering service. Several calls to this customer service line yielded varying results that were all equally unhelpful. All I was really trying to get was a direct-line phone number for the location that had our car keys so I could confirm that they had eyes on them, but every representative that we spoke to said that they had no number for this location. Even more frustrating is knowing that the location is across the street from this corporate office. The representatives that we spoke with ranged from friendly but unhelpful to one who was rude and refused to escalate me to a supervisor (she eventually hung up on me after telling me that she already spoke to her supervisor for me). When I finally did speak to a supervisor after yet another call to the customer service line, he was not helpful and didn't seem to really care. He just told me that they would send another report to the location, but that he could not confirm when or even if management at this location would view this report. When my wife finally Ubered back to the location, management there had no knowledge of this incident despite the customer service line telling us that they sent multiple "reports." Fortunately a manager there eventually was able to recover the keys and give them back to us, but this whole ordeal seemed to be an exercise in how badly middle management and bureaucracy can get in it's own way. I'm not really mad that the associate accidentally forgot to give back the keys. Accidents happen. What I cannot wrap my head around is how no one from this company's customer service center had a phone number for one of their own locations. Having the phone number listed on Google be the actual phone number for the car wash and not a corporate line would have avoided all of this trouble. We never received any of the promised follow up calls from customer service. I just wanted verification that the manager of the car wash had eyes on my keys before we Ubered there. That was all. I don't understand why there had to be "reports" and waiting periods for something this simple. I have no complaints about the car wash itself or the location that provided it. To his credit, the manager that gave us back the keys did offer to provide my wife with a ride back to the hotel if she had time to wait, but we were already late for a dinner reservation with the family that we are in town visiting, so she had to decline. Autobell should really reconsider how their customer service is structured, and should perhaps consider allowing customers to reach their local car wash locations directly rather than be forced to go through such a laborious and ultimately useless process. At the very least, customer service should be able to make a phone call to their own car wash locations, otherwise I'm not sure what service they can be expected to provide when something simple but serious like losing a key fob happens.

So when I first went the car wash location left I was not happy. I called customer support then went back to speak to Chad, the manager, about some issues I had with my wax job and vacuuming. He explained to me what he thought had happened with my wax, then demonstrated that my wax was fine it just needs a polish. Chad went out of his way to make sure I was 1000% satisfied with my car. I will definitely be going back and spreading the word that they do outstanding work, and they really do care about the service they are providing.

Been a customer of Auto Bell for years. $49.00 is way too much to wash my two cars and my truck. That’s $150 a month. Your losing customers. A ten year old could have done a better job on the inside of my truck.

I had my car washed at Autobell at the Sardis and Monroe Rd location....Upon checking i noticed there was a huge patch missing out of the carpet in my back seat of my car. Upon speaking to Joseph he was acting as if I did something to my vehcile..I advised him i just bought the vehicle and that did not happen until yesterday. I normally vaccum my own vehicle and that spot was not there...He then began to say that my vehicle was leaking oil...then he smells it to see if it was something i did...i am extremely upset...he then says he could fill out a claims form and after filling out the claims form he then says well the investigation is over because I did not find anything we did wrong...I am furious...If i could give them a negative number I would!

I had their services for almost 4 years on four of my vehicles. I switched to a new cell phone and the app told me I could not use it for several days. A service that I paid for. To be locked out of something that I paid for was crazy to me. I called the customer service number and spoke to a lady name Sage. She told me I had to scan in proof that I got a new phone and email it to their customer service. I told her that it was all done through Apple and I didn't get proof as I never thought I would need it. They replaced my damaged phone and gave me a new one. End of story. She got nasty with me and told me I needed to the proof otherwise I can't use the service for 30 days. Lol. That is crazy to me. I told her to cancel all my subscriptions. I will tell everyone to steer clear of their people as their backend is garbage. The service guys are good but backend support is rude and their systems suck.
