Don’t waste your money. Paid for the highest package and my front windshield is streaky and they didn’t vacuum the back of my car. They went way too fast to do a good job. Could have done better on my own. Don’t believe they added the fragrance either.
The GM is rude, dismissive, and uninformed. He argued about services and refused to provide services paid for. Jay, the other manager, had a phenomenal attitude and made sure the work on my car got done. Unfortunately, the interior of the car was not perfect but an 8/10. Positives: outside of my car was cleaned and dried well. Take home: the Indian Trail location, although not perfect, has better services for your car!
i paid 40 dollars plus left a $10 tip for a full service and it was more like exterior considering i still had to go to vacuum after.. everybody rushing and not being thorough ‼️‼️
Uh...I just paid like 45$ for the "bogo" special. I Told them before I got in the car, it doesnt look like they wiped or even vacuumed my car. Two guys "well we did we're just an Express car wash" uhhhh ......wth? They didnt even move my water bottle to vacuum the seat!!! I literally just left and pulled into work and took all these pictures. Wat in the world ......!!?!!!!! They didnt even WIPE THE DASHBOARD. like look at the dust. Uhhhhh....okay.
AutoBell delivers a consistently good experience, and this location was no exception. They got me in and out of there in a hurry; the staff was attentive; and the wash job was more than adequate, both inside and out. Conveniently located. I've gone there for better than 30 years. Would highly recommend-
i canceled my plan but they continued drafting my account.,They stated they could see i havent used there ( i think almost a year)services in a long time,waiting to see if they refund my money .. wow not the old AUTOBELL, know they didnt provide any services
Paid $32.16 for the Managers Special. They did a absolutely lousy job. Will never use their car wash again. Called their headquarters and they said they would try to do a better job next time. They did not ask for any details about the service.
Horrible experience came to wash my car and they broke my ramp for my wheelchair by slamming it on floor. The manager Benjamin does not even no what he’s doing and had his mentor Juan who does not even work there talk to me when he has nothing to do with it. Horrible please avoid.
There's one guy I trust there working on my car but I'm not sure what days he works. Lavar does a good job on detailing. Hes often assigned to the Mclaren and Rolls Royce that come through occasionally. Don't get me wrong there are other good guys there. Just beware there's a guy that calls himself asking for tips in exchange for a thorough job of detailing and after you tip him you find he's done a piss-poor job in doing so. Even if you perform well, asking for tips (which should be earned by quality of performance) is wrong. It's like promising a free product from your amazon store in exchange for a good review, immediately after which you will be shut down for life. I won't have to describe him because he does it to people he feels comfortable asking.
They signed me up for a promotional membership I specifically said I didn’t want and charged my credit card even though I never registered for the promotion. I then had to download the app and register for the membership I was already charged for to be able to cancel it so I wouldn’t get charged the next month. Extremely annoyed. If you go here and use a credit card check your statement the following month to make sure they aren’t charging you for a membership you didn’t agree to.
