Jordan is awesome. Greet me quickly, made my drink quickly come and food arrived quickly as well. Jordan is very energetic and just puts off a very cool vibe. She was just what I needed for that moment.
We had a great dinner before our show at the Paramount. Reservations were easy to get and service was great. Ty was serving us this evening and was so pleasant and attentive.
This is an amazing Italian Restaurant . I’ m a puertorrican that have travel, due to my work, many places in the word, and I love Italian food, being carpaccio one of my favorites. This time for lunch I had it of Wagyu beef and the chef Devin did a delicious, well balanced and elegant one with fine ingredients. To other best part was Kelly’s waitress service and attention. He found a way to solving what I wanted to have with my carpaccio with a side of a delicious hot seasoned focaccia bread, bake and seasoning perfectly balance and it was so delicious. Thank you Kelly and Chef Devin for having such a great lunch time at Bombo!
5 Stars for Ximena & the Team at Bombo! I stopped in solo before a show at the Paramount across the street, and although I didn’t have a reservation, the staff went out of their way to find me a spot that worked. I really appreciated their flexibility—especially since I didn’t want to sit at the high top. They found me a comfortable bar-style table, and I was seated quickly and kindly. This wasn’t my first time at Bombo, and once again I had the pleasure of being in Ximena’s section. She is truly a gem—always warm, thoughtful, and full of great recommendations. She makes dining here feel special, even if you’re just grabbing a quick bite. I came in alone but didn’t feel like a second-class guest, which says a lot about the hospitality and vibe at Bombo. Every experience here has been top-notch. Highly recommend, especially if you’re headed to the theater or just want a welcoming place to enjoy amazing food and service!
We popped in for a quick meal before a show at the Paramount. Ty was super attentive and helpful, and we got in an out with a tasty meal and great drinks.
The food delicious, the drinks were perfectly balanced, and our food server, Maddy, was the highlight! We had a party of seven, and she made excellent suggestions for drinks and food. She was fantastic!

The food was good. It took a long time to get seated, even though there were many empty tables. I don't think the food was worth what I paid for it, though. It's tough in Seattle, with the boosted minimum wage, to price restaurant food reasonably. But I don't think I'll be going back here.
Maddy was amazing and very patient with our large group of indecisive eaters. She gave fantastic recommendations and the service was speedy and perfect for our group heading to Paramount Theater.
Early days for this centrally located Italian restaurant. Lovely space, great for the conference center, the Paramount theater, and downtown shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our food, especially the tomato salad (almonds, who knew) and the mortadella.
