My wife and I went here during Sakura-Con. I have never had better service at a restaurant in my life. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will be coming back anytime we attend conventions in Seattle.
Love this new concept and so convient for a pre-show meal - Bombo is the same awesome quality, menu and service as other Ethan Stowell restaurants! Big fan of the menu and food was absolutely fantastic. Friendly waitstaff and were anticipatory to check if we were on a time crunch going to the show and paced our food appropriately so we could leave in time. Don’t skip the gelato (ate too fast for a pic ;)
This is one of our picks for dinner before seeing a Paramount show. The food is reliably good, service is quick and it's a nice atmosphere. Tonight Tori was quick to introduce herself and made sure we were taken care of in time to get to our show.
Had such a great time here! We had the best espresso martinis and foccacia bread. Our bartender Tae was amazing and we would come back just for her...they should rename the restaurant Tae's place!
Mike is AMAZING. I literally just had the best craft drinks ever. It is not offer that you meet someone who not only provides exceptional service but makes world class caliber drinks. I will be back literally because of this experience. Thank you so much Mike and Bombo!
Tae absolutely made our experience EXCEPTIONAL! First off, BEST ESPRESSO MARTINI EVER. Second, she was so personable and made my friend and I feel very welcome. We will be back.
Had a wonderful dinner last week at Bombo. The food was amazing as always, and my server linh was truly a treat. She was funny, attentive and a true professional. I will certainly be back!
The food is good here, they use quality ingredients and you're going to get a flavorful plate. It isn't authentic Italian pizza, the dough is thin crust. A few issues I have are that the prices are too high; the pizzas are dripping in grease; and the service is not reliable, it takes long, and it's hard to get the attention of the staff. Having said that, it's by far the best food option at a convention center I've ever had.
We had a wonderful experience here! We ordered three different pizzas, and every one of them was absolutely delicious. The pasta and salad were both excellent, and we really enjoyed the drinks as well. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We accidentally left our child’s jacket on the chair after we had already left, and one male servers actually ran after us to return it. We were so grateful for his kindness and thoughtfulness. Thank you for the amazing food and exceptional service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!
Our server Victoria was great!! She had good recommendations and was very welcoming. Highly recommend after a show at the Paramount!
