I personally witnessed Gordon Ramsey brought to tears by the quality of the food and service. Allegedly. I’m alleging it. Also Tori provided great service

The host, as well as our waitress, were very nice! I went here with a friend for lunch during Comic-con and got the bruschetta to start, which was absolutely delicious. There are four individual servings, which is a perfect light snack to hold you over while you wait for the main course. We split a margherita pizza, which was also so delicious! The dough is quite thin and has the perfect crunch to each bite. It was overall a very light meal, and left us feeling content, rather than over-full, to continue walking around for the event.

⭐ 1.5–2 out of 5 — Bombo Italian, Seattle My family and I recently tried Bombo Italian for the first time, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty with only one table seated, yet we stood at the entrance for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We weren’t sure whether to seat ourselves or wait, which made for an awkward beginning. We were told immediately that a 20% gratuity is automatically added, so no additional tip was needed. That would be fine if the service met the standard implied—but it didn’t. As first-time visitors, we needed a moment with the menu. The server didn’t want to wait, took only our appetizer order, and walked off before we could finish. When he returned 10–15 minutes later, we had to repeat our entire order, since he hadn’t taken any of it. The whole interaction felt rushed and inattentive. Even when it came time to pay, if we weren’t ready that second, he would dash off again, making us wait all over again just to close out. The food didn’t redeem the experience. The dishes were bland, and much of it looked and tasted packaged. The chips resembled store-bought kettle chips. The pasta sauce lacked depth and seasoning, and the mushroom sauce in particular looked and tasted like it came straight from a can rather than a kitchen. For the price point and the automatic gratuity, the quality simply wasn’t there. While the ambience is nice, the combination of poor service and underwhelming food makes this a place we’re unlikely to return to. It was fine to try once, but not a spot we would recommend.

We had a large group and Torrie was absolutely fantastic. Excellent and attentive service. The food was good too but Torrie made our night the best.

Very good food and service. Convenient if attending a show at Paramount. Menu could use use a few more mains, but very shareable sized plates.

Alex is the best and coolest and most amazing bartender. The burrata is delicious. But seriously, go to get a drink from Alex. He is a genius mixologist and he never disappoints
