Skip the dealership! They offer fast, affordable, and effective service. I have an older car with a physical key and remote locks, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Literally 1/3 less than the price the dealer quoted. Saved even more money using their own brand of remote key, but it doesn't have a panic button like my original. Important to park nearby, but it's a little tight in that area.
Rich was wonderful! He came to my work 10 minutes before I was expecting and was completely done in 15 minutes for the cheapest price I’ve seen by far. Wonderful service! I will only use Boston Car Keys going forward and will be requesting Rich
Patronized this business today needed to buy a key and have it programmed, and needed an additional key to my 2009 Camry. I was unpleasantly surprised by the price of $150 when I was quoted last week $45 for reprogramming an existing key only. Does a duplicate key cost $105 ? Other then that they were very respectful and helpful, service was great. One more thing, they did not provide receipt once the were paid. I would use them again if needed.
Reasonable price, quick work, and the guys are really nice. Unfortunately, while I was there someone hit my parked car and the guys helped me find a safe spot for it, brought out a cone and helped me tie my door closed and get me on my way. Would recommend them completely.
Super friendly customer service, quick and very efficient. I was extremely pleased by the price. The gentleman suggested a less pricey option for keys for a 2018 Corolla, which saved me about $150. The keys fit perfectly and work as expected. I would definitely recommend Boston Car Keys.
Happy with my experience here. Brought a key fob with push-to-start to be programmed & it was done within 10 minutes. Great customer service. They also charge significantly less than the other few places that I contacted. I would recommend this place & go back if needed.
I needed to get my 2nd key fob programmed well at least so I thought. These guys just swapped out the battery and said that I was all set. While I waited, they also fixed the other fob which was starting to fall apart. The service was exemplary and very professional. They could have easily charged me for everything that I thought I needed done, but they didn’t; in fact it was on the house!
Lately I had noticed my car keys weren’t locking/unlocking my car with the buttons. I went into this place on whim while running errands at the ups store. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. So quick and the employee was friendly and professional. Would definitely come back again.
Boston Car Keys delivers a fantastic customer experience! I called them about getting a key replacement delivered and programmed at my house, and they were there less than two hours later. After about 20 minutes, they called to let me know they were done! A life-saver service that is extremely reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone!
I went in just to get a replacement shell for my Honda key. They were so friendly and professional. The gentleman who did the key, was efficient and quick about the whole process. I was in and out within 25 minutes! Definitely recommend over having to go to a dealer who would have charged me an arm and a leg!
