They don't answer the phone so I emailed them a week ago requesting a price with all the details (vehicle make/model) & they haven't bothered to reply. All set. Wouldn't recommend.

Went here to get my key programmed and began explaining my issue to the installer. He was extremely unprofessional and rude towards us. He didn’t even allow us to explain our issue and just cut me off talking then walked off telling us to go somewhere else. It was a perfect example on how NOT to treat a customer.

Went to get keys 2 keys cut and programmed @ Blue hill location-200 Blue Hill Avenue, Boston, MA 02119— was told $35 to cut keys $30 to program the key FOB by employees at their other location in East Boston- 512 Saratoga St, Boston, MA 02128 -The Guy at the blue hill ave location tried charging $65 per key to program and $30 per key to cut. I told him he was overcharging customer and asked to speak to a manager or owner, he stated there is no owner or manager. I had to drive to East Boston location to get the keys programmed at the right price$30 per key. A Bad employee will give your business a bad name and reputation as long as he is there I do not recommend anyone to that location. The employee name is Elias..stay away from that Employee. Scammer
Bought a 2014 Toyota Rav4 that came with 1 Key and a Friend from Work told me about this Place and they took care of my car needs within 7 minutes. Great Key Place and i vote them as the Best in Boston!
Fantastic place...if you need a duplicated key for anything this is the place. Super helpful and has the key codes for those keys that Home Depot & Lowes can't replicate. Support these guys-it's worth the trip.
Had problem 2013 ford edge my key . Car did not recognize 3rd key and wouldn't show administration key so cant change options for stero and speed. Went to this location and was all corrected in 20 minutes. Been here several times over the years and never been disappointed 👍😀🚙
I got off the airplane from Chicago to Boston and realized I didn’t have my car keys. I live an hour from the airport and didn’t have a backup. I called Boston Car Keys and they came out within 20 minutes. He looked at my car, made me a new key on the spot and I was on my way. The cost was fair and communication was great. Saved my day!
