I called Boston Car Keys which was recommended to me through a friend & it was the best decision I made. My morning started off on the wrong foot when I misplaced my car key. I’ve never been in this position and I was worried it couldn’t be resolved because all cars these days are all push to start. I called up the business and I was able to get an appointment within the next hour which was great! (I also called the second they opened)! The gentleman who helped me was named Rich, he came before the ETA he initially gave me, which was awesome. Rich was able to get me back into my car and ALSO get me a new key programmed into my car all within AN HOUR. The overall experience was sharp, fast and informative. Rich was helpful, professional and showed me some things I didn’t even know about my own car. Defiantly will call this business back for future references and I will definitely be referring Boston Car Keys to all my friends and family. Great work!
I lost my keys, and the dealership left me hanging out to dry, as usual. Boston Car Keys was able to get to me on the same day I called. The person who answered the phone was courteous and efficient, and the technician called ahead and showed up exactly when they said. Basically unheard of in Boston; I almost couldn't believe it. The whole job took twenty minutes (also the exact estimate from the technician), and the replacement keys are sturdier than the originals. They charged me exactly what they quoted me over the phone. Of course, I'm never happy to shell out this much cash, but losing the keys was my fault, and the price was fair for the top quality service. These folks know what they are doing.
I called around 5 pm because the key for my car had broken off the remote and fell into a sewer. I tried everything to get it out, but nothing worked. I even called my town’s sewer and water division. Unfortunately, I was parked slightly over the sewer, so they couldn’t help much. I called Boston Car Keys once we gave up. Once they showed up, it took less than 10 minutes. Both people who helped were extremely friendly and able to assist. My car started just fine. You guys saved me! I didn’t have a spare key and rely on my car to drive between client’s houses for work. I appreciate you all coming so late at night and being communicative of any delays! Will definitely be a repeat customer if I ever lose a key again, which hopefully won’t happen! I’ll be sure to recommend you to anyone I know who runs into a similar situation! I appreciate your hard work!
I had my car keys duplicated however the key itself busted in half a year later. I called and was told they only guarantee there keys for up to six months. Of course that information was not told to me at the time.... If you're looking to get your car keys duplicated quickly than they work but don't expect it to last.

Lost my car keys and dealership wouldn’t give me the vehicle code spoke to the owner Kevin and he told me to come right down to the shop and he would figure it out. In less than 20-30 mins had my new vehicle key programmed and cut for 1/3 what the dealership wanted from me! Amazing people amazing service 10/10 recommend for any key needs! My car was broken into and the thief took my automatic door locker/fob. The team at Boston Car Keys was able to program a new one and make a duplicate. Now that the old one is inactive I can sleep at night!!! Highly recommend

this place is amazing. i went in because my only key was starting to crack (and i procrastinated changing the battery to my fob too) they were so kind and took care of it in under 20 minutes and for $75🙏🏾 i was taken care of ricardo and somebody else they were both amazing
