OLD REVIEW: They lied that they would send me backup cpap mask and now i have a single breaking cpap mask that ive been sleeping with for 3 months. I hope i survive the weekend.

Very unsatisfied with Brannon's service. 1st-- I rented a scooter for 30.00 a week. Charged my credit card $85.00. luckily I checked when I got my CC alert. Had no excuse but Oh sorry and credited me the difference.. 2nd. I was approved for crutches I never received my crutches as promised. I called to check on my urgent request order to be delivered in 2 to 3 days. When I called my order had not even been processed or ordered to be delivered. I still have not received my crutches as of this day. 9/24. I had my foot surgery on the 8th of Sept. Very unprofessional for a medical supplier to not supply the customer with urgent needs as promised. 👎👎 They called me and told me that the crutches were in stock and if I can have someone pick them up for me! This was so upsetting to me! 😳
I am authorized to receive replacement cpap supplies every 3 month and every 6 months for a replacement mask. It is never on time and I have to call in almost every time because they are usually late or they do not let me know when I need a new authorization from Insurance. I can't believe this place is so inept at doing there job
I want to thank TOM for the excellent customer service we received from him. We ordered a walker before my husband's knee surgery. Tom actually came out and showed us how to use it properly and adjust properly. Thanks again Tom.
Everything they do, they do wrong. They did not explain how to use the mask correctly. Now they have sent me the wrong cushion, the wrong size of the wrong cushion, the wrong head gear AFTER KEEPING ME AGES ON THE PHONE EXPLAINING WHAT EXACTY I NEEDED. I'm stuck w them because insurance but I end up paying out of pocket elsewhere. I totally loath them.
All staff over the last six years have been excellent informative kind very helpful and I applaud them all.

I do not recommend this place at all. There service is not great. It takes them months to get you your order. Not pleased at all with this company. I had to call my insurance to get another vendor to get me my supplies. If I could give them no star I would give them 0 stars. This is year 2023 they need to role with the times. Just gona lose customers left and right with the kind of garbage service they provide. Awful experience. Sve you money and time and go somewhere else. disappointed
Best customer service. Jackie is the best!!! Fast, friendly, efficient service. As a nurse, I have ordered supplies for my patients for years, from a variety of suppliers but, this place is the best! Whitney, the office manager is very efficient and helpful. The office staff are nice and, polite.
