Originally went to this medical supply store to just simply inquire about CPAP machines and never been before; little did I know you had to have an appointment but the fact that I pulled up and parked only to get attitude from an employee stacking boxes, is pretty wild. It’s already a hassle finding affordable machines let alone you have people like that basically running you off before you even knew what the procedure was to begin with. I highly suggest not going here, there’s really no need to put up with their attitudes.

Even though insurance pays 100% Brannon continues to charge my credit card causing me grief. I called them three times on this issue so far. They know insurance pays 100% because for more than a year all bills paid by insurance. New company name. adopt health, new accounting system, and VICIOUS. Avoid this company.
Staff was helpful and efficient by giving me a quick set up demo of my Nebulizer.
Chirs, in my opinion is you one and only employee that cares about your customers. I understand that change happens in business. However it's usually for the better. Unfortunately in this case the beautiful customer service Brannons was know for is no more. Make a call I get Washington state. Talk to one person and never get any follow up! Such as ship date or even a yes it's been approved and will be shipped on this date from this facility. Treating your customers with respect should be every employee's first priority. Respect means actually shipping the product. I was told several months ago that a Nebulizer would ship the next day. 2 weeks later I called to see where it was. I was told I hadn't done some paperwork. I asked the woman if she wanted my confirmation number. She changed her attitude at that point. It still took 2 more weeks to get that Nebulizer! A few weeks ago the previous Nebulizer stopped blowing air. The Albutoral wouldn't vaporize. That time your call center suggested I go to Brannons. By the time I got there they had closed. It was 4:45 Friday afternoon. Monday morning I called and a woman in Washington answered and worked things out. Unfortunately that one failed over a week ago. So I took it to Brannons. I followed a couple into the store. They talked to 2 of your people and were told we can't help you call the same # we all have to call. I was then told the exact same thing. It felt as if I was being thrown out of the store. The other couple felt the same way. Today just before noon pacific daylight savings time. My Doctors office sent all the paperwork for another new Nebulizer via Parachute. I'm not going to do anything other than wait for this. I will then report to my insurance company and anybody else that will listen like Medicare and Medi-Cal. I will file grievances with all 3 of the with documentation of your service. I would suggest INEPT HEALTH become Adaptive and fix all of the growing problems that you clearly are having at this time. If you doubt me and my problems. Have your tech support people call the nurse's they deal with daily and ask for honest feed back. It may just save your company. My next Oxygen won't be here for 2 weeks. So we probably won't talk until then again 🤔. Chris is great as I'm sure all your employees are. Guidance, expectations, and teamwork is how I always ran businesses.
Parking was a bit tight but the service was fairly quick with the explanation of options/choices of products was quite thourough and helpful
