These people don't even answer the phone. I needed a wheelchair for my daughter and could not speak to anyone. I was put on hold for 30min with a recording that said they would be with me in less than 30seconds, ya sure. They are a half a mile down the street from me and I could of walked in less time than I was put on hold. Do not recommend them at all.
I have talked with a dear friend who just got over a terrible experience with Brannons so much so she did not even want to write anything about them, just in case they would no longer help her she is very old and ordered supplies and didn't get them. That may seem not so bad except that when she told the doctor he was upset and she realized that if she could tell her doctor was upset that was very bad. She ordered them from another company on her insurance plan but as her friend I felt that when I saw all these high and low scores, I thought I should ass something about never filling an order after talking to them.
They have been patient with me. No not the quickest.They helped with checking the machine when I first received it and it didn't seem to be working right. When my doctor called them while in the office, they worked quickly with him and reset my BIPAP machine remotely. They could have been annoying like Apria which wouldn't answer the phone as quickly. The only fault that I have with them so far.is that they didn't call me saying my payment has no't been received. I am not sure if they have done anything in recording information because I have this red light but a CALL would be better than perhaps doing something that might affect my health in the long run. Aside from that, I like the peoplle Just please STAY AWAY FROM APRIA IN SAN JOSE
If I could give zero stars I would….this place had low ratings for a reason. They don’t return calls and when I finally got tired of waiting I would call back and was given the run around multiple times. My doctor was expecting a call or fax from this place and they never called the doctors office. I should have just stopped trying right away instead of hoping they would follow through. I wasted a lot of time trying and it was actually for my mother. I would not recommend this place.

Everybody was kind and we got the supplies easily
Just picked up my CPAP machine today and I was pleased with how the process went. Sharon was very thorough and provided great service. She was also very patient with me as I tried on the face mask and I started to feel an anxiety attack coming on. She allowed me to take the mask off briefly, relax, and place it back on. I was very skeptical about the reviews of the location, but I had a positive experience with Sharon, and she helped me feel at ease. They have a small parking lot in the back of the building and not too many spaces, so you may have to park on the street. They had a sign posted that said you must enter from the back (parking lot).
Very helpful, friendly, and very informative about all the products.
Received excellent orientation for the CPAP machine
I Jonathan Trevino was my service tech, very professional friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better person very knowledgeable about his job.
