If I could give zero stars I would….this place had low ratings for a reason. They don’t return calls and when I finally got tired of waiting I would call back and was given the run around multiple times. My doctor was expecting a call or fax from this place and they never called the doctors office. I should have just stopped trying right away instead of hoping they would follow through. I wasted a lot of time trying and it was actually for my mother. I would not recommend this place.
For close to 30 years I have gone here for my CPAP needs. This time however with Greg taking over the billing I have had some problems. To be fair with Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, they are not letting the insurance buy the machine out right but leasing it for 10 months then being able to purchase it, I think, it as not been 10 months yet. When getting the machine I asked for the same mask that I have been getting for many years. I was told that they had one and that they would not order it again for me, to look else where next time. It is to much time spent to get one mask I was told by Greg, Family owner. A bill came for 6 months rent and I paid it with a credit card. This month while looking through my statement I noticed a charge that I never saw a bill for. I called and was passed to Greg. He told me that he would not send a bill for under $10. I told him that I gave him my credit card number for the last payment and would again when I saw a bill. I was told that he does not want my business and to go elsewhere. I told him that he had not gotten my permission to save my credit card to use again. He said he could raise the bill to $10 and then would send me a statement. So when I asked for where to go to find another provider he told me he did not know of any in my hometown. So, after all of these years, one new person that has been rude over the phone, not working with a patient, I will say that I was not that polite also, would not recommend this Medical Supply to anyone. For 29 years this one transaction that is how important he made a patient feel.
Overall, a good experience. Sharon, the respiratory specialist was very nice, helpful & professional. I was able to pick up my biPAP machine effortlessly & was in & out within 30-40 minutes. I wish the front door was open for customers. Thank you.
Unfortunately, I agree with other bad reviews. I called the store if they have crutches. A customer service rep found one for me. I told her I'm visiting in 15 min, but it was close to 5:30pm. I reached in time. But a man in the store truck tried to destruct or obstruct me to get into the store because the store is closing. I explained I called 15 min before so I was there. The man repeated the same question more than 3 times and tried very hard to stop me. I wasted a few minutes because of him. He talked me not because he cared about customers. I eventually confirmed his intention after I came back to the parking lot. I called the store from their parking lot and said I reached. The customer rep just conveniently forgot what we discussed 15 min ago. And she said store is closed. I need to come before 5pm instead of 5:30pm. It was different from their automated message or the information here according to the customer rep. By the way, I saw 4 store staff. NONE of them wear face coverings. Please be prepared if you need to visit this store. I suggest to arrange curve side pickup if they agree to do so.

Ever since Brannon's got bought out, this place and it's representatives are the sorriest excuse for customer service!!!!!!!!! On 11/13/24, I got bounced around five times and placed on hold for a total of twenty minutes!!,,,, NONE of the four reps knew what was going on. of the five reps, the fifth rep, Cedric from another company took care of my supply needs in 7 minutes!!!!!!! BRANNON'S MED SUPPLY TRULY SUCKS MORE THAN "BIG TIME"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I VOTE ZERO STARS
From the beginning of leaving rehab for my broken ankle to returning home, the delivery of my wheelchair and all communication, I couldn't have asked for the excellent service I received, including the set up to return the equipment GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ALL❣️
