The delivery is on time and set up without any problems
For the most part my experience with AdaptHealth has been a positive one. Everyone who had assisted me in shipping my medical equipment or picked it up to return to the warehouse presumably have all been professional and very efficient. Anyone I’ve spoken to in customer service were very pleasant too and always made you feel appreciated. I highly recommend this medical company for many, many more years to come.
Eleazar was very helpful and informative in walking me through the use of my machine. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. The location itself was easy to find and there was ample parking.
Extremely disappointing experience with this local office of AdaptHealth. I waited nearly three weeks for an in-person mask fitting appointment and had to take time off work to attend. My doctor specifically recommended trying a different CPAP mask, yet when I arrived, I was told I had to bring my own machine and supplies. Brannon's office refused to allow me to try on masks citing “hygiene” concerns for their equipment !!! The only response I received was that they needed to “uphold their protocols.” from both staff and supervisor. For them, policies mattered more than patient care. If you’re a Kaiser member seeking urgent support or mask fitting assistance, don’t assume you’ll receive hands-on help here. My experience was that protocols came first, and the patient’s needs came second. Never waste your time with this local branch!
I feel that Bannon’s once was a local family owned business serving its community. Now it is little more than a dispensary for Adapt Health, a conglomerate that leaves employees powerless to perform even the simplest customer service tasks. I actually feel for them. I truly believed they wanted to help. If you call the number, after several redundant menus, and a sometimes substantial wait time, you will speak to a representative who is not local and cannot answer basic questions about the Willow Glen location. The call center went so far as to send me to the office twice where I was met with a wall of associates who had no idea why I was there and couldn’t help. 6 phone calls including two back and forth exchanges with our doctor, both times being told everything was in order. After a week of trying, they finally told me they would be unable to provide the prescribed equipment until several days after they were needed. Save yourself the headaches for the simplest medical equipment, check Amazon. I wish I had done so earlier.
The technician called ahead of time to let me know he is coming and was very polite and remove his shoes before entering the house and showed me how to use the portable oxygen tank! I was very impressed! Thank you !
