Their rebate policies are awful and they do everything they can to screw you out of your money. They don’t send you your rebate card and then they tell you it’s expired even though they never sent it.

My local Firestone Complete Auto Care charged my card $1147 for an 8" section of brake line which broke after I left and caused a car accident. The store had no response, my CFNA card had no response to the charge and Bridgestone Firestone as a company refused to respond to my Better Business Bureau complaint. I have a lawsuit filed against Firestone in the district court where the store is located. We are going to appear on Wednesday August 28th at 2pm

Went to tireplus for service to my car, while service was getting done associate test drove my car to check if everything was correct on my car got into a accident.drove my car back to tireplus without informing me that accident happened.store manager called me a day after accident happened informed me that plus would repair damages to my car.bridgestone claims associate agreed to repairs after estimate and didn't set up rental car.this is bad customer service from company.
I went to Firestone to get my car fixed because the tires was eating up from the inside they fix something else because the tires are still doing the same thing and they are refusing to fix it some customer service and some guarantee on your products and some guarantee on the people that you have working for you because if you evaluate my car you should know what the problem is I shouldn't have to keep going through the same things over and over and over again this is at the Shreveport location on Jewella
