Firestone Complete Auto Care Corinth, TX I am getting no calls back regarding my claim. My calls have been escalated to the area manager, the district manager and the division manager. None have called back. I request a response ASAP because of the damage caused by Firestone installing an incorrect battery in my BMW, I can't drive the car. I expected more accountability from the Bridgestone/Firestone brand. The store manager (Rob) stated that he would file a claim regarding my issue. When I called to check on the claim, I was told that one had not been filed. I would avoid this store and the Firestone brand entirely - there is no accountability at either the store or corporate level.
Horrible company that screws over that could care less about the customer and just take advantage of them.I went to my local Firestone for a front end alignment February 16th 2024 and Firestone damaged all 4 of my wheels during the alignment which they did 3 times and it still wasn't right! The service advisor at the store Issais said that he would take care of the damage and replace the wheels.Theu even admitted on 2 separate documents that they caused the damages! He acted like he was looking for days after I took him the part numbers and information for the replacements, then I got the old run around routine.I then submitted it to Firestone corporate claims and the claims advisor Daniel Perry acted like he was going to take care of it and once I submitted all the information he ghosted me, then they had the nerve to send me a survey about the claim service.I sent them a email telling them what a joke they are and Daniel reopened the claim once again a acting like he would take care of it and just ignored half the questions I asked, then ghosted me after I gave him the estimate he asked for regarding the wheels. They are very shady and a absolute joke!
Went to fire stone 5/30 of this year to get alignment they told me I needed hub assembly and the bolts was missing to tire only 1. And not to drive it anymore leave it here we will fix it and left there this happens. They make a claim which I just reviewed 6/13 today saying we are not responsible reach out to your insurance. You came in with a broken or damaged vehicle. You guys repair vehicles and made it to your shop on one piece and my fender or bumper wasn't like this when I dropped it off. And I still paid 1250 for the hub assembly and was told to take my vehicle like this I didn't come like this and don't expect to leave like this. Crazy still dealing with it hopefully they resolve it don't seem like they will.
These people charged my daughter for a rear brake job in the amount of $511.77 and never touched the brakes! Now it has me questioning whether they did any of the other services they have charged us for. She complained about her brakes squeaking, so I tore them down and the rear brakes that they supposedly changed 7 months/7000 miles earlier were wore out, almost metal to metal. I made a trip to the store while I was in visiting her and the manager was conveniently not available. I called the 800 number, that’s a dead end too. It’s been 2 weeks and the area manager hasn’t bothered to return my call. My daughter is in college, so I got the Firestone CC because Firestone Complete Care was the most convenient way for her to get her car serviced. Never would I have believed a company like Firestone would rob us, I was very wrong!
I’m extremely disappointed with Bridgestone Canada’s tires and customer service. All four tires on my 2024 Mercedes-Benz C300, which I’ve owned for about six to seven months and driven roughly 8,000 kilometers, developed bubbles, and one burst while driving, posing a serious safety risk. After a lengthy discussion with their warranty specialist, who claimed 20 years of experience, he admitted that the majority of customers report the same issue, stating it’s a manufacturing defect, not from hitting a curb or an accident. I told him if so many people are experiencing this, it’s clearly a manufacturing flaw on Bridgestone Canada’s end. Yet, they insisted I pay for replacement tires upfront and send the defective ones for inspection to process a warranty claim, claiming this protects “tens of millions of users worldwide.” I’m appalled that a premium brand like Bridgestone Canada expects customers to cover the cost and inconvenience of their quality control failures. Reputable major companies would immediately replace defective tires and investigate the issue themselves to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. For future customers, I strongly recommend Bridgestone Canada adopt these standards. I’m still waiting for a proper resolution and will reconsider choosing Bridgestone in the future.
had my tires installed and Alignment done. They damaged all 4 rims. Currently claim has been denied stating this was curb damage. Consistent marks, all 4 rims. Crazy to me a company like this takes advantage of its customers.
Bad service ever, Firestone damaged my car during service, emailed Sara orrel with the damages and proves and she asked me to send two quotation for the estimated repairs and he said she is going to finalize the claim last Monday, until now she has not done anything, called her more than 10 times with no answer phones or emails. They left me without choice other than suing them at the court
TIRES PLUS Jonestown Rd Harrisburg PA..Exceptional service! PLEASE ACCEPT SNAP FINANCING..your company gets paid upfront by SNAP, the customer makes installment payments -3months no interest.
I purchased 4 Bridgestone weather peak tire at Firestone complete auto care on 1/3/24. The tires had a 70,000 mile warranty with proper maintenance. My car has had regular maintenance and rotated regularly and has always been in alignment. My car failed PA inspection on 3/16/25 for tire tread less than 2/32’s on the middle of the tire. I contacted the warranty department at Bridgestone and they will not cover the tires saying that there is in proper wear on the tire. The tires are faulty and wearing improperly through no fault of my own and the company will not warranty their product. After speaking to multiple places that sell the Bridgestone weather peak tires, I have found this is a common issue and the company will not back their product that has a warranty. The tires have less than 20,000 miles on them and they will not pass a PA state inspection.
They literally messed up the latch on my car. The hood flies up smashes the windshield. I have every bit of evidence. Their claims department starts cussing me out because I’m asking him to help me absolute trash company.
