Everyone is always so rude. Forget hearing welcome to Burger King can I take your order? Nope, you'll hear, "what do you want?" "Pull forward." Then when you get to the window to pay and get your food they always rush you through and make you wait away from the window. I believe there is a counter there to see how fast the place is, of course having you pull away speeds it up when truly I have always had to wait 20 minutes. The last visit we waited 32 minutes! I avoided this place for a month and decided to try one more time. They need customer service skills.
So the mobile app is pick up inside. Yet I've gone to their drive through before and they tell me they are only taking mobile orders. So which is it? That renovation may have improved the building but the service, quality is what you expect from an Arlington location store. Bunch of clowns.
This place is awful. They have to be understaffed on top of not having fully trained staff. There is no reason to wait over fourty mins for cold and soggy bugers! They were not busy at all and the sandwiches were awful. The fries were hot but that was it... they weren't even salted! We had to microwave the sandwiches to eat them as the cheese was stiff and not even melted so you know the meat was old. No one picks up the phone probably because they don't want to deal with complaints.
Order was wrong. Soda with no ice..bacon king was supposed to be two patties and it had only one. Not a great selection on the menu and the service was poor. So of you really want to get this restaurant an upgrade start with better inventory so you don't have to go tru this ever again and encourage the employees with great inputs so they can give great customer service. If the employees don't have corporates back-up to do great how do you think the service will be? Enough mistreating and better encouragement equals amazing food and amazing service. So for that one star. Corporate better do better because this restaurant is by far one of my favorite spots while growing up and i want it to keep it that way.
In line at the speaker for 35 mins and still haven’t ordered. They don’t take your order because they don’t want it to show how long you were in line. Then when you get to the window they ask you to pull forward so it also looks like they got your order to you quick. This is the 3rd time I’m asking to order on 8-29-19 at 9:30 and she keeps saying one second. If I wasn’t boxed in I’d leave and go to McDonald’s. This place needs better night time employees.
Staff is ignorant and unprofessional. They lack customer service and they are always doing everything but their job. HR needs to get better management as well. They have attitude problems over little stuff like extra sauce. They also over cook the food. BK isn’t BK anymore. Stop hiring people just to fill positions.
When we pulled up the drive-thru line had four cars and did not move for 10 minutes. We only have an hour for lunch, so we went inside thinking it would be quicker. Several people in front of us in line and they couldn't take any more orders until they cleared orders off the screen is what they told us and told us they didn't want to standing there for 30 or 40 minutes. 15 minutes later we still haven't moved so we left and probably won't be back.
Every time we try again with Burger King, we are left disappointed and hungry. From incorrect/missing orders to terrible customer service and a filthy restaurant, I have been so hesitant to try again. The Merrill Road location just opened from a remodel so I was hopeful that things would be different. Nope, not today or ever apparently. The cashier confirmed my order three times and still ended up getting the order wrong. And yeah, I should have checked before leaving the store but confirming three times and still getting it wrong?!?! Burger King, I’m so disappointed and done trying. Never, ever again.

Staff were very friendly, service was fast, and food was actually fresh. Also, my order was correct! That's something that doesn't happen that often with fast food. This is one of the better Burger Kings in Jacksonville. The building and restrooms could use some renovations though.
