The last five or six times me and my husband have stopped by this location we've seen staff inside and recieved absolute radio silence. Not even a sorry we're closed, or a be right with you. We'll try our luck at another location otherwise the great BK may no longer an option for us.

Today’s date is 5-18-2022. Today I kindly placed an order via drive thru around 9:45 AM. The woman who took my order was extremely unpleasant and tried to engage me in an argument. This woman needs to be held accountable for her rude dismissive behavior and lack of communication. You cannot just roll out of bed report to work and treat and talk to customers anyway you feel like it. Not only is good customer service important but the representation of a franchise is as well. I will be contacting the district manager and filing a report. When I place an order and spend my money I expect quality customer service not abuse. What I experienced this morning was unacceptable!
This is the dirtiest place with the nastiest employees I believe someone spit on my burger I had a cold for over 3weeks I hardly ever get sick but right after I ate the burger my throat hurted so bad I had to go to the hospital . I should sue they nasty selfs.. I wouldn’t by a homeless person food from their .. close it down as a matter of fact.
Went on break to this location on Merrill Rd .This is one of my lunch spots to go to because everything is always hot and done in a timely manner.I ask a young lady who was doing a great job her name (Victoria) which was working the drive thru and dining area like a Superwoman.I did tell her while there she was doing a great job her and the staff.Great Job guys #Victoria
Worst bk in duval. They leave you at the drive thru silent. Then act annoyed when they finally take your order. Don't bother ordering on the app because they'll make you wait longer. They never have the order right and you don't get items you paid for. I get it every fast food joint is understaffed but don't take it out on the customers.
Extremely poor service. 1 person taking orders for both the drive-through & the counter and making the fries & chicken fries. Another person who may be a manager talking badly about a customer to the other employee while right at the counter. The customer she was talking badly about had just returned again trying to pickup an order, which was on the counter, not under the warmer. That customer had been there 10 minutes prior trying to pickup that same order, which I cleared saw on the counter when I placed my order 5 minutes after I arrived (There were no other customers inside when I arrived.). Also, this is the same location that repeatedly charged me for bacon cheeseburgers over the last year only to day they were out of bacon after I paid & manager refused to refund the difference between the cheeseburger I received each time and the BACON cheeseburger I had ordered each time. I rarely go there anymore & won't waste my money ordering anything with bacon. After today's visit, I likely will never go back to this location.

I’ve come here twice on different days, and you sit at the speaker box and they don’t say anything. They don’t respond if you call out to them, I went to pull away and saw they were helping someone at the window a single car. So I pulled around and got trapped by other cars. The lady at the drive thru acted like it was my fault that they didn’t say anything at the window. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would pull have been nice, but I was made to wait even tho I was in line with the other cars behind their food. Anyways it’s like they didn’t train them in basic customer service communication. Answer your speaker box or better yet have an automatic recording like every other one so people don’t think you’re closer or just lazy.
