Burger King

I hadn't had BK in a while. The cheesey tots have the worst cheese you could imagine, and my flame-broiled double cheeseburger was off. I'm going back to What-A-Burger or Wawa. Their burgers are better now.

Best whopper I ever had. Nice people and fast service. Great job!!! I try to review alot because most of the time good service isn't posted. Usually the people you can't make happy do reviews because they expect red carpet in a Burger King. Wine taste with BK dollars. Come on check your stuff before you leave and have a nice day. Anyway good job tonight guys.

I had to wait awhile for my order, and they have you pull up to the exit to do that. The only issue with this is occasionally you get someone that doesnt realize this and honks at you to turn....or you get people on the road you turn into confused because they want to let you in, and get frustrated when you aren't turning. Once my food finally got to me, there was no sauce in the bag. This just kind of irked me because almost everything I ordered was something the average person is going to use sauce on (onion rings, fries, chicken strips, etc) This all would have been fine, but when I went to check the food, everything was lukewarm...so what did they have to make fresh that took so long? Meanwhile 5 or 6 people behind me got their orders.

OMG, don't go there if on a quick break. I waited so long I forgot what I ordered. 8 people behind the counter and only three working. The service is anything but fast food. Everyone at that location should be replaced.

Arrived about 10:17am for breakfast. There were only 3 cars ahead of me but we still waited about 7 minutes to order. Then the fun began... they collected our money and asked us to park behind one person who was already waiting which blocked the 6 or so cars behind us from moving. When they finally brought our food out it was warm at best. Paula was very apologetic for the wait, but they need to get it together.

This Burger King does it’s employees so wrong. I came in at 10:00 A.M to find one employee working the whole store. Drive thru, front counter and the grill. She was so sweet and still smiled. But this burger should be ashamed for doing her like this. Stop doing your employees like this!

I usually go to this Burger Kind location for breakfast and lunch but my last experience has turned me off for Burger King altogether. I placed my order online with my mobile app and drive to the drive thru to pick up. This woman comes on the speaker and tells me the system is down. I tried to confirm if the drive thru system was down or if everything was down. I explained I had a mobile order. She then nastily tells me "First of all, you have to come inside for mobile orders". I tried to explain to her that I've never had to go inside to pick up a mobile order. She insisted I had to come inside so I told her I would come in to speak with her. I get inside and find this woman with two male employees surrounding her. The first tries to help resolve the situation initially but the woman continues to try and intervene. The male says he is the manager and to talk with him. I explain the situation and he also tried to tell me that I can't do a mobile order at the drive thru, and I again I explain that's not true. He then asks what I ordered and I tell him the breakfast croissant combo and he says they don't have that. The woman then laughs out loudly stating "Ha. You still can't get it" I could feel myself getting angered so I asked for the corporate information that the supposed manager did he didn't have but did give me a store number and their names. I called corporate with the information I was provided and received a call later from a manager who explained he was not the manager for the location I went to. The supposed manager at the store o went to gave me the manager name and store number for a different location. I'm submitting this to BBB and I don't want anything free, I need an apology from those individuals.

Worst Burger King - always closed -slowest service - rude cashiers and no way to get out of the drive-thru once you've gotten in line. I was just there and they told me they were closed it's 8:30 at night why are you closed? There are like five employees just diddle-dottling around outside. I guess they can close whenever they decide they want to they're getting paid hourly so whether they're making money or not they're still getting paid. They should really look into this Burger King because I can tell they are milking it for all of its money. Better check into the management Burger king!! I've literally been to this one multiple times or at least attempted to. I've attempted to go to the Burger King probably nine times and have successfully ordered three times.

I have visited this particular Burger King maybe 6 times over the course of maybe 10 years and try to avoid it. Because, more times than not, there is SOME problem or issue. Some problems I have had here are: No pancakes at 8:30 am; no orange juices at 7:50 am; food being cold; no ketchup; forgetting something in my order or otherwise getting it wrong; or, telling me to drive up and wait for my food when you already have someone else waiting for THEIR food... I used to think it was the workers, but I'm sure there have been new employees during a 10 year timeframe. So, it must be the management.

No fries. How does a Burger King have no fries. Shows the quality of the management. But the young lady at the window was wonderful. She even Offered me a free drink for my wait. It took about 7 minutes to get two Dollar menu burgers. Buns were stale. Spicy chicken was garbage. Won't go back to this one.
