The food is made fresh to order and is served promptly. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Management is solid and leads their team well, as well as not being afraid to be hands-on when it comes to work and customer satisfaction. The remodel is nice as well.

Jada at the window today was very patient and respectful! We added an order at the window that definitely inconvenienced them at the moment! But she allowed us to order and did not even flinch <3 thank you

This BURGER KING on 5922 Merrill Rd Jacksonville Florida 32211 needs to FIRE all the 3 night workers that were working on 6/28/25. My wife made a phone order for pick up & we did not get it due to the 3 male helpers that kept me waiting 30 minutes in line. Keep in mind there are cameras everywhere as I’m patiently waiting on the drive thru I noticed 3 different males keep coming in & out of the back door but thought nothing about it as I’m patiently waiting for someone to come on the intercom to take care of me & nothing happened. I noticed cars leaving the line due to the wait. So I decided to pull around to the window & honk the horn so they can see me & tell me what’s going on ? Because restaurant hours were 6am - 12am & the restaurant lights where dimmed so I see them walking around in tang tops cleaning inside they clearly see me at the window & they go to the back where I couldn’t see them anymore they clearly are ignoring me & don’t want to talk to me I tried to get my refund & nothing. I was FURIOUS so I decided to come back to the same location on Sunday 6/29/25 @ 12:18 pm to talk to a manager & explain the inconveniences I experienced the night before and guess what ? I spoke to the a female manager to explain my inconveniences & what happened the night before that we didn’t get our food & the restaurant was supposed to be open & it was closed & I wanted a refund & she rudely told me that wasn’t her problem it was a problem with the app. What? I couldn’t believe what she said, so I was waiting in line for 30 mins I have pics & time logs to prove it they didn’t care that I was there waiting they kept coming in & out the back door doing whatever instead of their job or giving me a heads up on any issues or inconveniences they might of experienced but they chose not too instead they choose to ignore me & hide so I left that night without my refund & food. Not to mentioned the disrespect I get from their manager the next day I informed her what her night crew did she decided to say she couldn’t do nothing because it was on the app. Well guess what I don’t write reviews but when it happens twice at the same location enough is enough, get better help & make them employees. Because worthless help doesn’t deserve to be employed! We try reaching out to Burger King & there’s no one u can talk to so heads up people be careful at this location. And if corporate sees this post DONT BE NEGLIGENT DO YOUR HOME WORK U GUYS HAVE CAMERAS LOOK INTO THE DATES AND TIME!! I GIVE NO STARS !!

This place has gone down in quality and service big time. They never can get an order correct unless it's a glass of water. Do not go here. They're lucky to get a star from me. Edit: 5 years later and it's still the same. Always have to pull forward and then they bring your order if it's correct. Forgot the drink I had ordered. Then come back and tell me none of the fountain drinks are working? Spent all that money on a remodel and can't get any competent managers. Edit: Three months later, Do not go to this place. They need a serious management change. They never get the orders right, and wait times are rediculous.

Slow service and rude employees. Asked to speak to the manager and although sitting within hearing distance, she didn't respond until we approached her. A manager should be attentive and proactive to guests.

What is the point of mobile ordering if you end up waiting 20 minutes past the time it says it will be ready on the app. Literally stood at front register as workers just kept passing by no one wanted to help me just completely ignored. Absolutely no way I would ever come back to this location.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Places an online order and pick up was 19:56. Sat in the line for almost 30 mins to get to the second window. My husband let the employee at the window know that one of the whopper cannot have tomatoes or ketchup on it(he is allergic). Before he could even get that part out, the employee asks what drink came with the order. Mind you, many drinks came w the order. My husband stated sweet tea and the employee prepares it, and asks him to pull up to the white line. Many cars pass us as they are leaving drive thru. The employee that was at the drive thru window walks across the street to Taco Bell, gets food and comes back. It’s 20:30 when my daughter asks to use the restroom. I put in a service request, because online u can’t get a refund, and as I put in the serve request, it hits 20:56. So I’ve been waiting on food for an hour as cars are leaving drive thru. When my husband comes out from inside, I told him to get a refund. Apparently, no one inside can give a refund. Came here a few months ago and one girl was working by herself and was able to get all of our food right and on time. If I wanted to wait an hr for food, I could have went to a sit in restaurant.

I appreciate you guys. The young men working here tonight around 8:15 pm had amazing customer service and my food was fresh and well made. Good service and good food is hard to come by especially with younger folks these days. Keep up the good work thank you!

Very clean place workers were very polite kind and helpful
