This burger king used to be good but after the remodel and new hire, this place has gone downhill. I was told to hold on in the drive through and I waited for 10 minutes with no response so I went into the lobby to find it has no customers and just 3 employees lounging around behind the register and they told me that the lobby is close and to go to the drive through. Why in the hell did I hold on for when there is no customers in the lobby. These employees are just waiting to collect their wages and not working at all. This was on September 1, 2022 at around 2:30 pm.
Everyone is always so rude. Forget hearing welcome to Burger King can I take your order? Nope, you'll hear, "what do you want?" "Pull forward." Then when you get to the window to pay and get your food they always rush you through and make you wait away from the window. I believe there is a counter there to see how fast the place is, of course having you pull away speeds it up when truly I have always had to wait 20 minutes. The last visit we waited 32 minutes! I avoided this place for a month and decided to try one more time. They need customer service skills.
Impossible burger was delicious and cooked to perfection. Veggies were fresh. Only 2 people working in the entire building at 6pm on a Saturday. How does management let that happen. One woman working front and drive through by herself was very apologetic and did her best to make sure order was accurate.
This is the best Burger King in Jax as far as I’m concerned. I work in the area and have begun frequenting this Burger King for lunch. It’s always fresh and fast plus the drive through workers have been excellent to me. I’ve never been inside but it’s a burger king so… blows my neighborhood Burger King away and it’s not even close!
My goodness, this is one of the slowest locations. If you're ever in a hurry skip this one because they will leave you sitting at the speaker to place your order for 30 minutes. I ended up pulling off and going to the other location. The Burger King on Merrill is a tad bit quicker.
So the mobile app is pick up inside. Yet I've gone to their drive through before and they tell me they are only taking mobile orders. So which is it? That renovation may have improved the building but the service, quality is what you expect from an Arlington location store. Bunch of clowns.
This place is awful. They have to be understaffed on top of not having fully trained staff. There is no reason to wait over fourty mins for cold and soggy bugers! They were not busy at all and the sandwiches were awful. The fries were hot but that was it... they weren't even salted! We had to microwave the sandwiches to eat them as the cheese was stiff and not even melted so you know the meat was old. No one picks up the phone probably because they don't want to deal with complaints.
Order was wrong. Soda with no ice..bacon king was supposed to be two patties and it had only one. Not a great selection on the menu and the service was poor. So of you really want to get this restaurant an upgrade start with better inventory so you don't have to go tru this ever again and encourage the employees with great inputs so they can give great customer service. If the employees don't have corporates back-up to do great how do you think the service will be? Enough mistreating and better encouragement equals amazing food and amazing service. So for that one star. Corporate better do better because this restaurant is by far one of my favorite spots while growing up and i want it to keep it that way.
In line at the speaker for 35 mins and still haven’t ordered. They don’t take your order because they don’t want it to show how long you were in line. Then when you get to the window they ask you to pull forward so it also looks like they got your order to you quick. This is the 3rd time I’m asking to order on 8-29-19 at 9:30 and she keeps saying one second. If I wasn’t boxed in I’d leave and go to McDonald’s. This place needs better night time employees.
