I was in the Merrill location in Jacksonville Florida and the Manager Alicia was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I stop by daily for breakfast in my way to work and she’s always very pleasant. Normally, I don’t leave reviews but I felt the need to share my experiences.
There’s a new manager, he is an absolute terror. Mocked and laughed at my stutter. When an employee kindly asked me to pull forward so they can bring my food out to me when it’s ready, he demanded the employee to not attend to me. I seriously thought he was joking and waited almost 10 minutes before I realized there were no other customers. The manager forced me to come inside even though my online order was selected to be picked up in drive-thru. My food was cold. I asked if this was a new rule for orders through the app, he insisted it was NOT, even though I picked up something from the BK app just a few days ago. I told him the last time I tried to pick up an online order inside I had to wait around forever, and was told it was because I didn’t go through the drive-thru. He laughed at me and told me I was a liar. I then asked for a small cup of water with my meal, as I do every time I go there, and this man was going to charge me $1. Weirdly aggressive and I could tell his employees were afraid of him. Poor kids.
This burger king is the best they have updated their staff and they are friendly and always have a smile on their face when I walk in everyone should visit this place

Worst customer service!!! We went through the line and were told to move our car back after placing our order. Waited 20 minutes to get an incorrect order I go inside to get the other half of the order that was missing, three items. They were so slow, that I asked for refund. Again, very slow service. Also, no gloves used to handle the food. I asked for a number to call. Again, slow on giving information. Worst Burger King location! Do not go here!
Rude, unprofessional and trashy as it gets! Ignored and completely unapologetic for the drive thru speaker not working. Originally asked to wait to take our order. When we called out (after 4:37 minutes of waiting) we received no answer while the other drive-thru lane was moving forward. We pulled forward to explain we weren’t being taken care of and clearly the speakers didn’t work and the female clerk full of face piercings said,”not my problem, y’all can’t order here.” Seriously?!?!?!?? This location seriously needs competent people and equipment that functions here. Don’t waste your money on this garbage or the people they employ.
Employees were very friendly even gave my son $2 for his birthday restaurant was very clean bathroom facilities were very clean as well food was hot and fresh and the atmosphere was very quiet will definitely visit again whenever in the area
Amazing Food Preparation service is on superb and the customers are mostly regulars , just be patient respectful and courteous as possible , check your orders and your sure to be able to make it effectively and leave satisfactied
I ordered from the app only to arrive and find out my order was never received (so they claim). Manager was no help and after waiting 20 mins I put in another order at the counter which took another 20 minutes to get.
You will guarantee be ignored at the drive-thru 4 out of 5 times. This Burger King has low standards on who they hire.
