Horrible service waited on drive thur to order for 20 mins for them to take my order with noone else inline then drove to windows to try to order and the just looked at me and continued to stock straws. Completely unprofessional staff of the night of Oct 12 should all be fired . No customer service skills at all.
I came to burger king at 8 30 pm no response at the drive thru speaker so I approached the window just to be told they are remodeling at nine! Never again after a man finally came and told us they will not be able to serve us! Mark my words never again!
They don’t fill up your drinks for what you pay for. They don’t how to make a sandwich properly. And they want to take it back to fix it? Get the health inspector to come to this place. Only god knows what else they’re doing back there.
I love being a regular here, it feels like a second family. I come here so much that certain workers know my order. Mari is one of the ones that remembers my order, she is a excellent worker.. I just love her energy and the vibes I get from every worker. They all deserve a raise.
Today I went to pick up an order and that employee never paid attention to me. I spoke to him several times telling him I came for an order I made, and he always pretended I didn't exist. Very bad service.
First time at this location. All we wanted was a 12pc chicken fry and a large onion ring. It started with, "we have no change today". We were there between 12:30-1:30p today. Once we placed our order, they were quick to take my money and then made us pull forward and wait 15-20 minutes for the two items we requested. The chicken fries were tore up all folded into the package. The onion rings were undercooked, but hot atleast. I would tell you who the drive-through was and how long it took to get food, but i was not given a receipt. When I asked if one was available, I was told no. Thanks for the reminder that I should not go to BurgerKing. Very disappointing. Your employee was miserable. Why be there if you hate it. Just quit.
This was the most horrible experience my family and I have ever had at any Burger King. Just 30 minutes ago, we ordered 2 small Whopper combos. The customer service was not friendly. She was agitated for some reason. The onion rings were so hard, it could have chipped my teeth. The sandwiches were both cold and not fixed as we requested. It was not a good experience, even after we sat and waited for service and food. I called the store to let them know if the poor service and quality of food but no one answered. This is unacceptable!
MS TRACY IS A GODSEND!! Having people in a customer service roles that are still kind, sweet, compassionate , and caring is rare these days. She probably doesn’t even realize the impact she had on me today! Thank you Ma Tracy !!!
This place need extreme S.O.S. From someone or corporate or what. They run a god awful restaurant. The wait times at any given point in the day are horrendous. The service and attitude by staff are so unprofessional and inconsiderate. They literally work like they don’t give a crap. This place either needs new management/ new staff or just shut down.
Why every time I come up here I’m sitting at the speaker for more than 10 minutes before somebody takes my order?? It’s always “we’ll be right with you!!” If y’all care about y’all timer that bad just shut the damn drive thru down!! I can understand once or twice, but EVERY DAMN TIME?? And this my son’s safe food so I’m here frequently!! This is ridiculous. Currently in the drive thru and been sitting here 11 minutes and counting.
