Very hardworking individuals but they are slow and I didn't get to order. I'm
I was honestly worried eating here at this location due to the environment around the area. But i was surprised. Unlike the location off of New Kings and Edgewood, this one actually serves milkshakes. And the food came out fast. The only minor complaint I have is the fries were just a little burnt and the tables weren't the cleanest in the world. Enough for me to give a 4 star but not a 5.
Why have drive through open if when it's your turn ya say come inside

With other Burger Kings closing down, it was nice to find one that was open. I got quick service and the employees greeted you and served you with a nice attitude. Which is very hard to come by these things. The restaurant was very clean. The food was served quickly and was hot and fresh. I would eat there again .
The lady on drive thru is very rude. They need more customer service training.
I stopped going here when a homeless man popped out from behind the drive thru order box. Leaned through my car window got into my face and demanded I buy him food. They never answered the box. Getting him away from my kids and me was difficult. I told him I'll get you something. I only have a credit card. When he stepped back, I drove off.. He stunk. I've been there two times. Once inside and it was 3rd world clean.

Terrible experience today. The drive-thru worker was rude and shut the window on me while I was trying to explain an issue. I went inside to ask for her name and “Michele” acted like she didn’t even know who worked the drive-thru and gave me attitude too. As I went back to my car to write an email, the general manager came outside and was just as rude and dismissive. No apology, no professionalism, nothing. I come here often, and the usual morning staff is great — but today’s crew, including management, was completely unprofessional. This needs to be addressed immediately.
Service was horrible and they did not follow simple instructions. I just had a mini argument with the cashier at Burger King with the red wig because she didn’t ring my order up correctly. She charged me for a large fry and I had a coupon for the large fry. She talking about I ordered two large fries and I told her no I said I had the coupon for the large fry. She caught a whole attitude and said she had to ring up the order again. She made a lot of other slick remarks. They made my sandwich completely wrong in the back and I didn’t realize it until I had already left. I just threw the whole sandwich away. I also asked for my sandwich to be hot off the broiler and they gave me two patties from the warmer. How to you get a whopper jr confused with a whopper with bacon and no lettuce. I just came there for a good whopper jr and was highly disappointed. The only good thing was my fries were freshly made.
