honestly, I really can't say anything bad about my visit to this location... the lobby was open late on a Sunday night... my order was taken by a manager in less than a minute. he was very professional. my burger was cooked fresh & they had it to me within 5 minutes. I wish the Dunn Ave & Lem Turner @ 295 locations had service this good...

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had on taking order, the time, and respect of service from a fast food place! I was in the drive through over 30 mins!! I will never send or suggest anybody that need fast food on the go & be on a time limit cause you can expect to be late! Pregnant Cashier couldn't even get order right, left window several times & was on personal phone while someone else came to finish doing what should have been doing! Gave me the total & walked off without getting the money & I gave it to another person. She came back with my food but again someone else gave me other parts of my order. This really need to be addressed! What if I was an undercover auditor? Service was very poor! Ridiculous!! 😡😤😡
Food was good and fresh customer was ok I ask the lady for ketchup and she turned and walked away like I was asking to do more then job description smh another employee had to give me ketchup... I just really need JACKSONVILLE TO DO BETTER WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. ALWAYS REMEMBER NO CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PLACE TO WORK.. #EBRIDGE( KINDA) APPROVED
Went to this location for the first time for lunch today and it wasn't that great. There was one person working the register. They ran out of chicken sandwiches and chicken fries. The jalapeño poppers I ordered were cold. The fries were slightly warm and My burger was a little cold too. Also, there weren't any lids for the drinks and no napkins either. And They were slow in there too. Waited 20 to get My food. Also, there was no toilet paper in the male bathroom. I won't be going to this location again, as the service isn't that great.
I visited on a Thursday at 12:30 pm. I didn't have to wait to place my order, but did have to wait about 15 mins for my food. Only one girl taking orders and she was very good and fast. My order was correct and hot, which made up for my wait. Perhaps two more sandwich makers would have been helpful if lunch business is typically this busy. All in all, my experience was good. Thank you!
My visit to this location was absolutely horrible. Our order was $50. They forgot one of our burgers. When my sons girlfriend went inside to get it the response was terrible and wien she left without the sandwich, the manager and what appeared to be every employee in the place followed her to our car and proceeded to jump my son. With at least 3 guys beating him and when I tried to get between them to try and stop the whole thing one of them shoved me . I am a 54 year old white woman and I have never , in my whole life seen, heard or even imagined that something like this could happen. All we could do to stop it was run. I left there with my car damaged my son's phone stolen, and my son's leg broken. I have called repeatedly and gotten no answer. I have left messages for the manager with no response. I don't intend to just let this go because they could and probably will do this again. All I can say is...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR FAMILY SAFE!!!!!!
Food temperature was good. Flavor good But would have been better with onion ring sauce that should have been automatically given when ordering onion rings. We went through the drive thru. The lady was still taking the previous order even when they drove to the window and talking to them through her headset. We waited patiently. After a good 5 minutes we weren't sure if she was ready. She kept telling us to look at the menu. We looked for over 5 minutes and already were ready to order. The drive thru could use a few better lights for safety reasons. Go there and you will agree. That night i got sick. I don't believe i will be going back to that Burger King. That's ashame because it is so close to home and was convenient.
This store can't/won't send you home with all the food you ordered , I have had to go back to them and get my missing items every time I go to this burger king the last time the owner was actually in the store , it's sad that every time you order food you have to check to make sure the person you paid did their job and gave you all your food especially when there was not another soul in the drive thru line . Do better ! If you're out of an item like CHEESE and it's part of a breakfast croissant let the customer know don't assume they want it w out and can figure it out when they get home
I always get the BEST service at this BK - my food is always right, staff is always super polite. This location is also much quicker than other locations, and if I wait at all, the foods ALWAYS FRESH. Now, I come here breakfast time - I don't know about other times - but the AM staff is ON POINT
