I have only ordered from here twice and will not be doing so again. Both times I’ve ordered through doordash and both times I never got all of my food, the food was cold, and it wasn’t even the correct food. This morning I ordered 2x 5pc French toast sticks and a Bacon Egg and Cheese Crossoint’wich meal. I got 3 french toast sticks and two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. Like what the actual heck? I do not recommend this burger king.
Very rude employees. Placed a mobile order for drive thru and they said it’s not ready you need to come inside. I said I was not coming in I’ll wait for it to be ready and they didn’t give me 2 of my 8 peice nuggets. So I had to go back and they was very rude didn’t even put the food in a bag just handed it to me.
I rated this location with only 2 stars because of the poor customer service I witnessed with a customer before me and to the fact that after charging me extra for adding cheese to my burgers and then not putting it on my food or the mayo I requested. Especially since I walk everywhere and I'd already walked all the way home before I realized my disappointment in my order being completely disregarded, smh. As for the poor customer service I mentioned. One of the workers was completely rude to the man before me and then was using profanity in an unprofessional manner after the man had left to take his business elsewhere. Not that I blame him at all. I, myself, haven't returned since. Even tho it's the closest and only accessible Burger King in my area that I can logically reach walking. I really feel like it was kinda generous even giving them 2 stars especially with the bathrooms being locked and them always shutting the ice cream machine down at around 6pm/7pm just so they can clean it way before closing time. So yeah with all that being said I'm not sure when or if I'll be returning anytime soon.
I waited over an hour for burnt nuggets, chicken sandwich and terrible fries. Half of the sodas were out and I did even get BBQ for the nuggets. The workers were polite but slow as all. I think this is my last time I'll eat at a burger king. It was a waist of my time, my money, my appetite.
EDIT: This has turned from one of the best stores with a friendly crew, to THE WORST in a short period. The store is unkempt inside and outside. The crew is rude. Just left there and one of them walked back in after smoking a joint. The whole lobby smelled of weed. The floor is filthy and sticky. If there was a manger on duty, they weren't doing their job. Employees, touching, scratching their heads and not washing their hands. Overall, THIS is why BK has fallen behind Wendy's!
Had the balls to tell me the out of change I have them a 20 for a 5 dollar and expected to leave them the money. Then when I asked for a refund cashier got offended using profanity. I easily couldve shown them the same energy because I like conflict but I chose to chill tonight 😔
My husband and I stopped by on the 6th, it was around early lunchtime. The young lady at the drive thru was pleasant, the food was so good, fresh and hot.
Did not get the add-on I paid for on my burger but still tasted better than other BKs . Besides micro managing shift boss ,the staff was attentive and with a great attitude along with hard workers. Very pleasant, and manger needs to allow them to be that way instead of scolding them.
I went into this Burger King establishment & the employees totally mistreated me. My daughter asked for them to redo the shake that I bought & instead of doing so they got the money & disrespectfully tossed it to her. The manager then tried to fight my 13 year old daughter this was after we spent almost $40 to eat here. The place was dirty inside & employees attitudes were just terrible
Service is the slowest thing I have ever experienced. I don't think I've ever waited in the drive-thru anywhere this long except for Sonic. It was a 35-40 minute wait, and then no one apologized for the wait. No one told me I needed to stay in the line, but when you're getting off work late, and have nothing in your house to make and don't want to make anything, you would hope that fast food could live up to it's promise.
