It's time to refocus on customer service and attention to your dining area and drink stations. Couldn't get anyone to take my order at the counter until I asked. Friendly but not focused on anything outside of drive through and online orders. Like most places, anymore.
This place has come a long way. There was a time I would wait for way too long for someone to come wait on me at the counter only to find that my online order wasn't even in the system. I actually stood there one evening for literally 15 mins before I was asked what they could help me with. It's since improved and I haven't received the wrong order in quite some time. It seems they're running a pretty good crew.
Just visited this B.K. on Main St near MLK expressway, and it was a true display of why you would never want to eat there. It's very unsafe in that store. Manager on duty tonight is extremely rude, and nasty. She ignores customers, doesn't know how to de-escalate, picks up trash off the ground, and then prepares food without washing her hands. I have had several experiences going in that store where the Manager was so rude, that customers would come into the store from the drive-thru making physical threats towards the manager and crew. The Manager only makes it worse with her even worse attitude, and then after the irate customer leaves, the manager, and crew continue to curse about the irate customer in front of customers still there!! Such an incident happened again tonight, and I even heard the manager and crew member talking about how such irate customers "put other customers at risk" because they will "throw hot grease" towards them at the counter. Meaning other customers would be hit with hot grease too. Corporate would increase their profitablity if they closed that store down or replaced the employees there with people who actually care about the job they do.
Never do this but they pissed me off. They rushed me through the drive thru to take my order got to the window paid gave me my food just seconds later, completely wrong order, very poorly made even the fries were soggy like they had them sitting someplace just steaming, absolutely gross. Glad i didn't spend much. Won't be going back.
July 5th, 7pm the manager working here is HORRIBLE. Didn’t know her job was to greet customers at the online pickup area and after finally greeting she said “Whatbyall be doing y’all need to speak for your order” when nothing was said to them at first. I Ofcourse put them in their place and reminded her or whatever their pronouns are of their job.
Terrible location. The entire place is in shambles, dirty, they didn't even have fountain drinks or tea in the restaurant area, the food was far below what you expect at Burger King, cold fries. I was starving and threw most of it away. Service was below mediocre, long wait for the order. One of the worst BK locations I ever had the unfortunate luck to end up at.

Absolutely terrible service. I wasn't greeted and I had to ask multiple times to be helped when the store wasn't busy at all. I know it's a fast food job but jeez maybe do better
Sorry as hell. Takes forever to get order taken. Then another forever to receive the order smh.
General manager running the counter, unkempt appearance. Only one other customer in the restaurant that was fully staffed, with 2 members from the franchise (Royal Restaurant) in establishment as well. All tables were dirty, people constantly coming into the bathroom and leaving, never ordering, and the bathrooms were barely usable because they were so dirty.
