Went to go pickup food and right off the bat, the girl at the drive thru window was so rude. As for the food, they got all 4 orders wrong, all the wrong drinks too. It was also so poorly made, like they just slapped a bunch of stuff together and threw it in the bag. So utterly disappointing especially since it isn’t cheap.
I ordered through drive-thru crispy bacon with Swiss cheese and a large drink instead I get a regular chicken sandwich with one slice of tomato and mayonnaise the reason I do drive-thru is because I'm on the run I don't have time to inspect what they give me in that bag and when I do open the back I'm always surprised this is not the first time it already happened many many times it's ridiculous
Interesting to see the paid reviews here, they lied about the size of my drink order. Getting my money back and never eating here again.

This was by far the worst and most disgusting burger king food I've ever had..we waiting 25 minutes for just a couple things then was told pull up we are making fresh fries for you but the fries looked like they swept them Into a dust pan off the floor they were in a million little pieces and everything was freezing cold..they take ZERO pride in customer satisfaction everything went into the trash...please do not go to this location....HORRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
Runs as well as most burger kings im definitely not giving 5 star cause all places could improve for sure but I was kinda in a rush and they got my food out to me as fast as they possibly could under the circumstances.
First, It took approximately 15 minutes for someone to take my order when there were only two individuals in front of me. Then, It took an additional 20 minutes ro receive my meal after I had ordered it. Bottom line, the service was horrible. Not only that, but the majority of the dining tables were not cleaned off. Unbelievable.
I oder the mandalorian bounty combo what they gave me was old and stale chicken fries and tots the wopper was not the mandalorian it didn't have fried pickles or BBQ sauce it fried onions and a spicy white sauce they didn't even fill the sides all the way up highly disappointed i will not go back to this location it's sucks
I was given the wrong food I realized it & went back. They knew & gave me the "correct" food. Silly me, I should have checked it. However, I didn't expect to get the wrong food again. Surprise surprise it was wrong the second time .😒 For the sake of convenience I would go back. I would just check my bag before I leave.
Wanted to use my app. Cashier didn't let me use my points properly. I believe if I give my number I should be able to get the item. He thinks if u place the number in first it's for points it's for the item offer And points. I believe I should get to redeem my free chicken fries. Especially since the online app was not working right for my order. So disappointing.
