Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Spent another 10 at the speaker. No one ever came on. We left. Burger King needs to teach their employees to respond or even say we'll be right with you. Zero communication is very poor customer service. Do better. Be better. I know you can't expect anything better than this in the hood, but at least try and do your job. Customer service is in the job description. Won't be back here again.
I enjoy the monitoring of google via other people's devices (when I leave mine at home, and my topics still show up!) People here have a unique connectivity. The comaraderie is encouraging (the workings of the kitchen are right in front of you!) delicious Burger meats are always well cooked. I like the green burger and a regular burger and mix them together so I know I got my greens and meat 😀 and the music it's kind of old school with a good mix. Thank you Burger King
honestly, I really can't say anything bad about my visit to this location... the lobby was open late on a Sunday night... my order was taken by a manager in less than a minute. he was very professional. my burger was cooked fresh & they had it to me within 5 minutes. I wish the Dunn Ave & Lem Turner @ 295 locations had service this good...
Now I am always fair with my judgement. This place is always short handed. Food is cold and they get an attitude when you address the issue. I keep going back because it is close to my job. One day I got fresh food and I was happy. They need to hire people that want to work. Pay them more so they care and are willing to come to work. Just give the public the food and service you advertise.
You tell me how you would feel if you were waiting at the speaker for nearly a minute in a hurricane with the window down calling out to a speaker without anyone responding to or greeting you. thinking it’s close since no one else is in line or has been, you drive up to the window to find a group of kids chatting and fumbling to out on a headset. Now covered/sheltered from the rain and gusts at the window, you ask to order there instead of at the menu exposed to the wind and rain of a hurricane to be met with these 5 words: “you can drive back around,” which she then repeats in response to (1) the hurricane and (2) uncovered speaker, (3) how soaked I already was from sitting there with my window down (4) calling out without a response for a minute, and (5) there being no one else in line the entire time. Me, well I think whomever is responsible for hiring, training and quality control should be fired along with every person working there this evening. It’s bad enough to be rude, slow, horribly prepares, and unapologetic, but this was a next level lack of humanity in my opinion. I hate giving bad reviews. I don’t like Karens. And I do generally like Burger King. However, here if felt like it had to be done. If only 0 out of 5 stars were possible, then that is what I would give.
Service was slow but that's to be expected with the staff shortage. They made up for it by being super friendly and ensuring my order was correct. I was a little disappointed they were out of the ghost pepper nuggets but they substituted for regular nuggets and gave me a fresh batch, so not a big deal. Also ordered the brownie batter shake, which was delicious.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had on taking order, the time, and respect of service from a fast food place! I was in the drive through over 30 mins!! I will never send or suggest anybody that need fast food on the go & be on a time limit cause you can expect to be late! Pregnant Cashier couldn't even get order right, left window several times & was on personal phone while someone else came to finish doing what should have been doing! Gave me the total & walked off without getting the money & I gave it to another person. She came back with my food but again someone else gave me other parts of my order. This really need to be addressed! What if I was an undercover auditor? Service was very poor! Ridiculous!! 😡😤😡
Food was good and fresh customer was ok I ask the lady for ketchup and she turned and walked away like I was asking to do more then job description smh another employee had to give me ketchup... I just really need JACKSONVILLE TO DO BETTER WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. ALWAYS REMEMBER NO CUSTOMERS YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PLACE TO WORK.. #EBRIDGE( KINDA) APPROVED
Went to this location for the first time for lunch today and it wasn't that great. There was one person working the register. They ran out of chicken sandwiches and chicken fries. The jalapeño poppers I ordered were cold. The fries were slightly warm and My burger was a little cold too. Also, there weren't any lids for the drinks and no napkins either. And They were slow in there too. Waited 20 to get My food. Also, there was no toilet paper in the male bathroom. I won't be going to this location again, as the service isn't that great.
