Shutter the doors to this Burger King. There is not one properly trained employee here. It is likely very difficult to manage a place where nobody cares, so I empathize for management. Blunder King...now that's fitting.
Limited selection, as grill was down when I got there, but eventually up for lunch. Delicious food, as always. Staff was short with me; but, polite to my friend. They were loud and yelled a lot. Drive thru didn't back up until the grill got repaired.
I wanted onion rings with my Whopper Junior instead of french fries. The girl was so sweet and told me if I got a medium instead of a large I would save over$2!
The cashier was courteous on Monday. Clean, comfortable and prompt service.
Ordered a fish meal drove off I had a Texas double whopper w cheese had no time to go back told the manager and she was rude as hell they all need to be fired
Terrible service. Horrible attitudes. Blatant racism. Everyone behind the counter thinks they are a gangster. And that they can talk to people however they want. I still got my refund even after the racist kid refused and tried to get violent with me. The manager seems to be the only one who knows what's going on and how to talk to people. Avoid this place like the plague. There's a lot of options out there. The kid should be fired, and the business closed. Not one single person wears a hairnet when preparing food either. This place is going to have a real dose of reality soon, as soon as I get off the phone with corporate and with the health department.
Beautiful old school style architecture Burger King. Order was taken immediately as the next customer passed. Food was perfect. Staff was excellent in ensuring correct orders went out to multiple guests in the lobby. And a worker checked if I would like sauce with my food. Would recommend and visit this Burger King again. Not to mention the great music on the speaker.
In a volatile economy, having a restaurant that offers affordable meals all day is fantastic. They even have family-value meals for those on a budget. The staff are professional, and the dine-in experience is relaxing.
Placed a mobile order, went to the drive thru to pick it up, immediately the drive thru lady was rude in tone, attitude and just how she spoke to us. I was missing items, I went back in and nicely asked for my missing drinks and fries, to which the drive thru lady slammed my cups down and told me to fill it myself. I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude. She asked me if I expected her to fill my drinks for me, I responded with no, I expect to not be treated with foul attitude. The manager was there, did nothing to deescalate the situation. Just sat quietly like a coward. This order for my two autistic children who live burger king. I will never waste a single penny on this company again.
Where do I even start with my experience tonite with the dam drive thru.. I ordered a strawberry lemonade a 8 piece cheese tots 4 piece mozzarella sticks a brisket burger and a kids meal...and what did I get a brisket burger a mango lemonade (asked if they was outta strawberry and ahe said no) my kids meal and chicken sticks (never even ordered) and a 8 piece mozzarella stick..never received the cheesy tots at all my fries with my meal where so cold and stale I couldn't even eat them...and she never gave me a receipt $24.00 for stuff that I didn't order and tastes horrible...and on top of that they weren't even busy just can't pay attention..NEVER AGAIN... YOU NEED PEOPLE WHO CAN LISTEN
