I just looove this pharmacy! They are so nice, very hopeful in explaining everything, constantly keeping in touch with you any updates and they try their best to leave you satisfied with your experience! Totally recommend them 100%!!
Yall are a great pharmacy and I love the people yall have on yall team ! I will stay with yall far as long as I can and yesterday Mrs.Ashley was a great driver had no problems getting here and we talked and had a laugh together she was awesome
This company has outstanding frontline workers but unfortunately the management and support team has a lot to consider in trying to be a viable business model. Ryan Woods must be an AI because I have never seen a more inefficient so called support member drop the ball ( or simply never pick it up) then this guy. Emails messages, phone calls never returned. The most disturbing part is this isn’t food or ride sharing, this is a medical necessity.
I absolutely love Capsule. They take away all the stress from having to deal with pharmacies like Walgreens or CVS. They treat you like you are family. This was the best decision I have made. I will be recommending Capsule to all my friends and family.
More than 24hrs to process a prescription, absolutely terrible, HEB or Kroger offer a far superior service. Never trust this pharmacy if you need medication fast.
This pharmacy is one of the best and convenient pharmacies I have ever used. If you haven’t tried them take my word for it. They are better than any other pharmacy out here.
Been waiting since 8/3/23 for medicine and EVERYday (including the 2-5 window for today) I've received a "Hi, Ashley. There is an issue with your Capsule delivery and we are not able to deliver your order as originally scheduled.".. be careful .
Excellent service. I accidently have the wrong address 10 miles away (my work not home), the driver called kindly asking where he should deliver the meds. I apologized profusely, and he was very understanding. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I hope Capsule recognizes him.

Extremely pleasant staff! I was so impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of the store. Fun and vibrant feeling! Tam packaged everything up nicely for me for my long drive home since my item is a refrigerated item. Delivery was also available but I wanted it today. Thanks for a wonderful and easy service!
