My doctor informed me that this pharmacy has good deals and lower prices, so i reached out to them asking for the price of a specific medication and told them that I will neeed a 3 months supply, I needed to know the cost because i already asking many pharmacies to get the best deal since my insurance decided not to cover it. They refused to give me the price unless they get an order/prescription, in spite of I explained everything and informed them that I was trying to get the price/quote, and if it works for me I will let me doctor's office send the order to them, but they ignored my request.
I’ve used Capsule for 3 years. It was perfect during the height of COVID when I didn’t want to go into germy pharmacies. Then when life got busy again, the delivery service was super-convenient and the delivery folks were great. Text messages are useful and cheery; the digital interface is easy to use. Everything was so seamless that I didn’t even realize the best part until I tried once to get my prescriptions filled at a walk-in pharmacy elsewhere in town (to avoid the now-automatic tip that can be more than the cost of the medicines). Both pharmacies I tried didn’t have my meds in stock. Capsule has never been out of stock — I quickly went back and was happy to pay a tip (which by the way you can adjust as you like, though I’m glad to help out the drivers, esp. as gas prices keep going up).
They are the best!!!! My husband has a complicated prescription that no other pharmacy could fill without missing days and shorting while waiting for deliveries. Capsule has filled it nonstop without issue or me having to call and remind them. If you are considering them I wholeheartedly recommend!!!!
I almost hesitate to write a review and give 5* since I don't want Capsule to get TOO popular. However, I'd be remiss to not say that the ENTIRE process of dealing with Capsule has been infinitely better and SO EASY compared to any other big-name pharmacy or grocer that I've dealt with before. Capsule will even transfer all your scripts for you and coordinate with doctors. I appreciate the personal touch they provide in all of their messages (text messages - which are super convenient), people respond on their app and/or actually answer the phone when you call, and I actually do feel like I'm communicating with a human who cares that my pharmaceutical needs are met and that I'm very happy with customer service. ALL of their reps I've dealt with have been super friendly - it actually threw me for a loop at first. Like why are you so nice and helpful?? But they have been nonetheless, not to mention, the delivery ability is super clutch - just need someone to sign for anything scheduled (although you should prob tip your driver). No more annoying trips to the pharmacy for me! I'm SO SO happy I found Capsule. Take the 5-10 minutes to set up an account and just join! It'll pay dividends in maintaining your sanity and time savings. (no - this was not a sponsored message in any way, and I rarely write reviews, but it truly has been an exceptionally pleasant experience dealing with them as my pharmacist). Capsule - keep up the great work, but please don't expand too quick or sell-out to private equity anytime soon. Your company and business model rocks!
This has got to be by far the best experience dealing with a pharmacy I have EVER experienced! I love communication, the timely delivery, etc. that Capsule provides. I have not had a bad experience at all since switching from Walgreens to Capsule. I definitely recommend!
I switched to Capsule about 6 months ago and I’ve been very happy with their level of service. My prescriptions arrive within a day, if not sooner, and the Capsule customer service is unmatched. They respond to texts within minutes and are always available to talk. No waiting in long lines, long phone hold times to talk to a pharmacy rep., I could not be more pleased I made this change!
Teladoc had an auto choice of capsule where it said I would get my medicine that day, Friday, so I was like I guess ok. I went to teladoc as my regular doctor could not see me that day and I needed meds asap. They contacted me on Friday acting like they would deliver the meds. Finally on Friday night I got a hold of someone who said they were closed and to get online the next day to set up delivery. Next day delivery said it would not be until Sunday. I needed meds asap so I transferred them to local pharmacy I usually use not one 17 miles away. Nope it is Sunday and still no meds and I have been on hold for over 10 min. They said they transferred medicine and yet still my pharmacy says they have received nothing.
If you’re tired of waiting at CVS and Walgreens link up with Capsule. Give your Dr their info. They deliver. I got my prescription one morning at 10 am and a guy from Capsule pulled up with my meds at my house that evening. Unbelievable. What a pharmacy should be. I give them 5 stars.

Adenike and a gentleman I spoke to on the phone were so helpful today and really saved the day by getting my prescription ready last minute before a trip. I am so grateful for their help and really appreciate their kindness!
