Capsule

First few times I used Capsule it was great, but then it completely tanked. I’ve been trying to get my meds for almost 2 weeks and finally got to the point that I had them all switched back to my regular pharmacy and I can’t even fill it there because Capsule said they filled it and they didn’t! First issue was that the delivery driver forgot my prescription, then they were supposed to deliver it later in the day but never showed up. I had to reach back out to get them to reschedule it, and then they never showed up. Over and over again. And when I’d reach out about it, they would ask if I was sure it wasn’t delivered. One of the delivery drivers even said they deliver it and they didn’t and then ended up saying later they never tried. I eventually asked to speak to a manager and he couldn’t make sense of what was going on with my account. He said they would randomly put in the system to deliver it at a certain time without me even setting it up and then they still wouldn’t even attempt to deliver it. I finally thought I had it worked out and got a delivery a few days ago. But, it was missing a prescription. I asked them to just forget about filling it and send my scripts back to my local pharmacy. I go to pick it up there but I can’t because it’s not time because Capsule said they filled it!! But they didn’t! I just spent 20 minutes on hold to just get hung up on as soon as someone answered and they haven’t answered my text from 30 minutes ago either. Great concept but they have a lot of bugs that need to get worked out. Would not recommend if you need your meds timely.

Absolutely amazing!! So kind, textable on demand pharmacists, and free delivery! Pharmacies should be put out of business and this should take its place. It makes getting your prescriptions easy and convenient instead of standing in line wasting your time in person. Incredible!!

My wife and I are past our tolerances for 99.9% of pharmacies. A business can not have unusually high amount of drive through or call volume, if it occurs every day for years. I am proud to say we never plan on returning to that level of bull again. Y'all have loyal clients as long as Capsule continues to operate like your doing now. I am proud, I'll. Never wait 45 minutes in line again. Thank you.

After two days of going around in circles over pricing and my prescriptions getting lost TWICE in transfer attempts with other pharmacies, I called Capsule's number, spoke to a human being, and that wonderful man solved the issue in less than five minutes. Quick, easy, great customer service. I love Capsule!

Capsule Pharmacy was an incredibly frustrating experience. My prescription was supposed to be delivered between 6–9 PM, but it never arrived and no one contacted me to explain why it was canceled. Because of that failure, my treatment was delayed and I was left in pain longer than necessary. The entire experience was marked by missed commitments, poor communication, lack of accountability, and repeated failures to follow through. What should have been a simple prescription delivery turned into an unnecessary ordeal that delayed care and caused significant frustration, worsening symptoms and discomfort.

So very glad that Capsule handles my prescriptions. They take care of everything and then deliver it to me. I don't have to try and remember when I need to refill as they do it for me. Their delivery people are all so nice and professional. Thank you Capsule!

Capsule seems convenient and with the advertised “no extra fees” sounds amazing. I transferred all my prescriptions thinking this would be a better option however capsule does add extra fees. Medication that is normally $0 or less than $5 at CVS is jacked up to $10 a prescription. It adds up when you have a few monthly medications. Additionally, same day delivery or even next day delivery is often not available. Good luck transferring your medications out of capsule, I have been fighting for over a month to get capsule to transfer my medication and they still are holding 3 hostage.

Capsule pharmacy has the best customer service of any pharmacy I have ever used. Their prices are a little bit higher if you pay cash because they are a delivery service and obviously that is priced into you know the cost and that's fair, however not once had they failed to respond to any concern that I've had and it's very easy to get a prescription transferred from one pharmacy to capsule. Being able to easily pay online schedule delivery in my opinion is worth a little bit an additional cost although the additional cost was unexpected because I was introduced to this pharmacy through the health care service Forward, that promised no additional costs so finding out that I still had to pay for prescriptions was tough to budget for however considering how they deliver how kind they are their customer service is top notch and I don't know the blue bottles are kind of cool. 💜

I’m super impressed by this company. I had been so fed up driving to the pharmacy every month, constantly calling chaotically busy pharmacies trying to figure out my status, sitting on hold, then waiting in an absurd line once there. I saw a flyer for Capsule at my doctor’s office and thought I’d check it out. Everything’s done through text and an online portal. I just listed my prescriptions at another pharmacy, they handled all the transfers (didn’t have to call ANYONE! I hate calls, love Capsule’s texting system) and prices are the exact same, with NO delivery fee (this definitely sold me), and it comes right to your door in great, private packaging. You can set the delivery time so specifically too, it’s so convenient. I love how hands off it is for me, and the quick turnaround. Employees are all kind and pleasant. Not sponsored at all, I’m just very pleased!

These people have had my prescription for breathing meds for 2 days. The delivery window on the weekend is only 12-3 so if there are issues your stuck out. DO NOT USE THEM FOR IMPORTANT MEDS! They are NEVER SAME DAY!
