I am SO glad I found Capsule! I was so sick of waiting for 20-30 minutes every time I had a prescription ready at Walgreens. Plus they were very unfriendly. This place is great! They have an amazing and easy app and everything is done through there. Also, I don't have to call. They automatically renew my prescriptions and text me. Then they deliver right to my doorstep in the 2 hour window of my choosing! This place is amazing!
A literal joke. You are required to be home during their 3 hour time frame for delivery, yet they do not deliver until much after the time frame. Also this is not “free delivery” as they automatically tip the driver $5. The customer service team replies hours later with generic AI responses. The driver will send you a link when they are on their way but it doesn’t show you anything other than your order. I thought this would be convenient as I’m pregnant and have a toddler, but it’s nails on a chalkboard trying to get my prescriptions. I would much rather drive to a pharmacy and do it myself after this experience.
These guys are great. I am a new mom and forget to think of myself sometimes so having the ability to not only communicate through chat but have my prescription delivered has made my life so much easier! I am leaving this review now because today they went above and beyond by adding me on for delivery even though there weren’t any time slots available until Monday. They really take care of their customers!
Selected them as my pharmacy for a virtual dr visit in the morning as it promised "same day free delivery". When I went to checkout, it gave me delivery times/dates for the following day. I can't wait over 24 hours for medication and not sure why they can't fulfill same-day if the order was placed in the morning. I went through a huge hassle to cancel the prescription and have it transferred to another pharmacy instead with same-day fulfillment and pickup. That being said, the user interface and ease of checkout was straightforward. Company needs to focus more on logistics of delivering the actual product, not just the customer experience.
Terrible experience with this pharmacy. They are very slow to process medications and if you don't catch the delivery windows you'll have to wait until the next day. Our family has to deal with flu A and tamiflu has to be taken within 48 hours. I called and they hadn't processed it from the day before - I asked them to transfer it...4 hours later still nothing. I had to have walgreens call them to get it transfered before they closed. Getting our meds shouldn't be such a struggle. Shame on you!
I’ve had capsule since sometime last year and it has been nothing but convenient and to top it off their customer service is fast and amazing. I’ve always been able to get them to deliver my prescriptions to where ever I am at if I am not home I just shoot them a text and they will always deliver directly to me even if I’m at my own job. Also, today I didn’t have my prescription available on the app and needed it urgently. All I did was shoot them a text on the app, they made my prescription available and to make it more convenient they said if I urgently needed it today all I had to do was get it transferred to a local pharmacy. I did it all right off my phone and got my prescription just in time. I recommend Capsule to everyone, it’s a free app, they do charge a little extra depending on your prescription to get it delivered directly to you, which I’ve only had to pay the extra fee this time around, however IT IS WORTH the convenience. And if you want your prescriptions ever transferred, all you do is text them. 5 stars!
