Worst customer service ever. My doctor ordered Tammyflu that’s most effective if taken during the first 24h when symptoms start and they didn’t deliver it for THREE days. Walgreens had it in 10min

Without doubt, Capsule’s dynamic, from the thoroughness of their website (app) , punctual reminders, convenience of chat, not to say their competent, professional staff, they will surely come to replace those pharmacies, which undermine patients’ needs at whim.
The staff were very nice, but they did not make good on their estimated delivery window. I ended up transferring the prescription to a CVS.
I just looove this pharmacy! They are so nice, very hopeful in explaining everything, constantly keeping in touch with you any updates and they try their best to leave you satisfied with your experience! Totally recommend them 100%!!
Not worth using this service and will not use again. Their time slot is 3 hours that they can come anytime within that time so we waited and couldn't go out as they can't leave the package at the door and someone has to be here to receive. The guy comes 1 hour late from the time slot they provided that they would be here by so we wasted 4 hours. Plus their tracker says "on the way" since the start of their time slot but didn't arrive until 4 hours after that status update. Waste of time using this service. Going to locate pharmacy would have been much faster which is what I plan to do now.
They are very willing to help and amazing people. My prescriptions are always ready for pick up!

Staff is friendly, transparent, and communicative. I'm able to text a pharmacist at any time and receive a response no more than 10 minutes later. Capsule has changed the pharmacy experience, making the process fast and seamless for patients. No more typical pharmacy frustrations!
