I generally like Carbon Health but during my last visit the wait was long even though I made an appointment because there was only 1 PA working. She was literally the only person seeing patients. Also, nobody see seems to be replying to messages in the app or calling back when I leave voicemails. I still don’t have all of my results back and there hasn’t been a follow through on how to proceed. My stool sample results are normal, so what is my diagnosis?
I scheduled a drug test appointment and showed up on time, but was told it didn’t appear in the system and was asked to come back the next day. When I returned, the same issue happened again. A friend of mine also experienced this problem before. The scheduling system is unreliable and causes serious inconvenience.

I had a truly excellent experience at this urgent care clinic. The nurse practitioner and staff were highly professional, compassionate, and spot-on with their evaluation and treatment plan.

I received in house nebulizer treatment and was given meds right then and there once diagnosed with bronchitis. I really appreciated the jump start to to the cure!
Carbon offers excellent care with dependable appointment times. From intake with pleasant reception to their spotless treatment rooms and excellent medical staff. 10/10.
The people here make alleviating medical needs easy. They’re knowledgeable, easy to reach, respond to medical needs, and are organized. What else can you ask for.
Very convenient, quick and easy. The front desk people lack basic customer service etiquette. Not warm at all. The assistant staff also. The doctors are very nice and I haven’t had an issue with the two I’ve encountered. Unfortunately the staff does not reflect that.
