I'm not sure how Ceva is in business. I was given a 4 hour window for a delivery. I sat home all day waiting and it never came. When I called Ceva to find out what was going on, they said that the delivery shouldn't have been scheduled in the first place and the item was still in California!!
I have called over and over to get tracking information from Ceva Arizona and no one answers the phone. I have called the corporate office and Los Angeles office and they answer all the time. This is the worst shipping company ever. Merchants please do not use this company to ship to business's they are horrible please look at the reviews.
When the lady Rochelle called to book the delivery everything was fine. I received no phone call from the man Danny who delivered the product. When he arrived he REFUSED to put the boxes into the yard, which I was told could be done. He was RUDE, UNHELPFUL, BELLIGERENT and clearly ANNOYED. He worked for CEVA and in my opinion is in the wrong job. He did eventually put the stuff in the yard after Rochelle spoke to him, but most people would NOT have called him on this behavior. I hope to avoid this company in the future if this is the type of people they employ.
CEVA was supposed to deliver an order containing 3 large boxes to me. They lost one of the boxes and did not even bother to call to tell me. I had to make 3 phone calls to them to find out about it. This was two months ago, and this issue still has not been resolved - I still do not have the complete order.
I don’t even know where to start. I cannot believe Costco does delivery service with this company. I’m reading every one star review and I feel exactly the same. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. If I make another purchase from Costco requiring delivery, I will DEMAND A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
Delivered to wrong address. Found it myself blocks away to an address that wasn't even close. The tracking number you get from amazon doesn't work with them. And your not given their tracking number. Really hard to get a hold of a human. And then when you do the customer service is not amazing.
Ceva freight management doesn't bother delivering the items you order from Costco. They just schedule delivery and then call to say its not even in the state. Never answer their phone, don't follow up on centrals emails. Lousy Lousy service! Thank god I don't have to depend on them to deliver wedding gowns or I would be out of business....as they should be.
Never received a call regarding a delivery date/time. The guys (pleasant and courteous) just showed up and we just happened to be home. They had our phone # as 999-9999 showing that someone had called with the delivery schedule 🤣
Ordering a couch from Amazon they used Ceva to deliver. Was told it would be here in sunday November 1 between 12pm and 11pm . Want all day try contacting ceva logistics several times. Got message say not open on Sunday. How are they going to deliver on a Sunday if their not open. They websites says their open st 7am have been trying to get a hold of someone for 5 hours no one answering calls. Just want to know if I'll ever get my couch. I paid for it where is it.
called 10 different time to reschedule a drop off, never been able to talk to anyone. Don't understand how they received a contract to deliver for Costco. Ceva Freight in Tempe needs to hire people to answer the phone.
