it is not the first time I have been disappointed by Ceva and the tempe location, the staff over the phone is useless unable to provide any explanation for major delays or delivery appointment failed and never rescheduled.
My company uses CEVA on a daily basis because of a lack of options and they miss their deadlines, screw up paperwork, and are unresponsive for about 8 out of every 10 shipments.
Not sure why everyone hates on these people. Might be the fact I only live 20 mins from there warehouse but shipping of two recliners through them was perfect.

Great example of a carrier that bit off way more than they could chew going after a contract with Amazon. Good luck reaching them on the phone when they inevitably lose your freight.
If I could give no stars I would. As with all the other reviews... WORST DELIVERY EVER. How they get contracts from large companies I have no idea. Why Costco and Frontgate use them is behind me.
I have never encountered or witnessed un professionalism and worst behavior in CEVA in Tempe. They have no customer or driver services. I been waiting to unload my truck 7hours finally they told me leave hours office.
No accountability for their awful service. Expected to wait 12 hours for a tv to be delivered. Unfortunately they are giving Costco a bad reputation.
